The School Locker - Maroochydore

I have been waiting for uniforms for my sons school for over 6 weeks now. He has had to wear the same uniday in day our, which means that I have to wash them daily. For a uniforms store to not have any for so long is poor and disappointing.
When spoken to the store manager she was rude, short and un helpful

Staff super friendly and helpful. Even when really busy. Manager today was awesome! Keen to help and explain everything about why they’re waiting on stock. Clear, honest and helpful)

Make sure you check sizing on some items either kids or women's (adult) but easily sorted no hassle to swap clothes for correct sizes.

Very disappointed with the level of knowledge provided by the male staff member, regarding the stock and am wondering, with all the people out of work, why this particular staff member isn't made to tidy himself up, very unkept and bent over Infront of me, showing half his bum crack, believe me, I didn't need to see that.where's the pride

This is a joke, I ordered a macbook pro off their website on 23 April, it sat at processing for days, so I rang the phone number in confirmation email, number was the local store in Maroochydore, they said for expensive items they often sent emails to check the card was legitimate. So I thanked them and ended call, I couldnt find any email so emailed their service email saying it was a legitimate transaction and would this email suffice. Email received back
saying they high volume of enquiries and response could take 48 hours. No response in 48 hours rang the maroochydore store again who repeated service had high volume and to wait a couple of days. Sent another message to service, through their website and facebook messenger. No relevant response until today to which said, the macbook pro has been discontinued and thanks for your enquiry!? They still have $2,399 of my money which I cant afford. Beware!

Was getting quotes for a Mac book pro and nothing was too much trouble for Kim and Jo. Best quote from various stores using student advantage card.

Wonderful service today from kym, was so refreshing to have a sales assistant going above and beyond for her customer!

Hopeless service I paid cash and on returning a item with my store card and receipt, that was wrong size a size 4 placed in the size 6 box the girl refused to refund me cash and so here we are 5 days on and still no refund showing on my account.

I was in the area and needed to get some last minute things for my daughter that she required for a school project, as soon as I walked into the store I was overwhelmed with choice of products, sights and sounds, lucky for me there was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff member, ready, willing and able to help me with my school locker needs, she was well presented and very professional, her orientation around the shop was remarkable and her product knowledge second to none, she was genuinely concerned about helping me and my daughter (8yo), not to mention very understanding of my little one, she must have several children of her own, I thought myself as we darted around the store filling up my shopping basket with school locker products, the sales assistant was very engaging and successfully up sold me on several products, overall it was a very pleasant experience from first walk in to point of sale, and I only have this saleswoman to thank. I caught a glimpse of her name badge (possibly a Veronica) A+ for service and more importantly A+ for my daughters assignment.

The service was extremely efficient and the staff were very friendly staff! I came to the store stressed and uncertain of what I needed to buy and they were able to help and ease all my troubles.
