The School Locker - Maroochydore

Very disappointed with this company. I asked for a quotation many times, personally 2 times, and by phone 2 times, never got an answer. Staff member put excuses saying that he was very busy. Still waiting.

I bought a pair of footy boots for my six year old on Tues which he wore home as he was so excited then got home to find the boots rubbed on the back of his foot after wearing home and around the house. I returned the boots to the store 3 days later and explained the problem. The young friendly man serving me checked tge shoes and then with the manager who said that was fine and she recommended a different brand of shoe which was a wider fit.
My son then tried on the other brands available with the help of the young man and found a good fit and we went back to exchange and pay the difference.
The manager then changed her mind and said that there was wear and tear and refused to refund the pair despite being fine about it when she inspected them when we first came to the store. We had been there 20 mins trying on shoes wasting our time.
I have shopped at the school locker for years and previous management were outstanding. This manager was awful saying it was ok, wasting our time and then changing her mind and was also quite rude and I feel very disappointed.
She said there was a scuff and a blade of grass which I disagree with.

Went in about fixing my Mac screen which should’ve been covered under warranty, and the tech tried to tell me it would be over 1k! I explained how it broke and he kept saying he could see a point where it closed on something, which did not happen. He wouldn’t help at all and was oddly satisfied at my distress. Anyway, took it to a real Mac store where it was fixed for free under the warranty. I’d suggest skipping this place at all costs.

I booked my phone in to have its battery replaced with a genuine Apple product. Upon arrival, a technician told me that they needed it overnight as it hadn’t been booked in at the start of the day. Firstly, it was a Thursday and open late. Secondly, the two technicians were seemingly sitting there doing nothing. Another business advised that the process could be done within a hour or so. At least advertise that it has to be in overnight if you take late bookings. The lady at the front desk was friendly enough.

Spoke with a lovely gentleman called Julian he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This man deserves a raise! Thanks again.

Visited this store to buy kids uniforms and needed everything for two.
Started getting help from a nice assistant then she was told to go for her 15 min break, which she did! Then asked someone else to help me, she did for 30 secs and then told me she had to go and help another customer! I pointed out I wasn’t finished and she was serving me first, she asked what else I wanted and when I told her she pointed to the rack and left! Customer service is shocking. When I eventually got what I needed minus the shirts that weren’t in stock, I proceeded to the till and got a stressed cashier that could t be bothered to order the shirt for me, made me feel like we were a nuisance!
Called the following week Re the shirts, bad attitude from the person answering saying when we get them we will let you know, again couldn’t be bothered.
This place could definitely inject some of the cash they make into staff training young and old! Not a happy customer.oh and 2 weeks later still waiting on the call Re the shirts!

Just like to say the staff are so awesome. Single dad getting 2 kids all there stuff and they made it easy and we had a great time. I would be still there if they weren't so helpful.:)

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Middle aged staff woman in there is Disgustingly rude. She was working on the 22nd 11.45. I made a call to ask about a book for my little girl. Hope
she gets the sack, don't know why they employ these people.

Wonderful team, especially Julian who has gone over and above several times with after sales service of my MacBook Pro. I have been coming here for years now, and recommended to many others because of their great customer service.

Staff are friendly and very willing to help. They always have what I need and even things I don't realise I need till I see them.

Absolutely the best service on the Coast by far. I needed a DVD PLAYER to attach to my MacBook Air. Thanks for coming out from your lunch break and helping me. Prior to coming here I went to Two other well known stores only to be sold the incorrect equipment and one said they were “out” of stock.

Love coming to the school locker in Maroochydore, they have everything regarding school supply needs and they even have instruments for music lessons so convenient, my one-stop shop

Went in looking for some sort of computer tablet for personal use and had no idea where to start. The lady who helped me understand which one to buy was very patient. Will go back again

Inferior quality uniforms and horrible service.
After less than 1 term of very light usage, my daughters polo shirt is literally coming apart at the seams. On returning to the store for an exchange, I was advised because I had washed it, there is nothing they can do.
After 3 staff members each came up with their own explanation as to why it was my child's fault the shirt is falling apart, they eventually settled on somehow a tiny 5 year old girl had ripped the stitching in multiple places when taking it off over her head. Even if this ridiculous assessment were true, surely the shirts should be able to withstand being taken off as part of normal use. She's worn the shirt no more than 5 times.
If you have any other option at all please buy your uniform from your school or second hand, rather than supporting this cartel.

I'm so sure I have a trusty piece of equipment having bought a microphone from the school locker four years ago and it feels very standard and of an exceptional quality I appreciate it very much and I'd recommend buying a musical instrument from them and I would simply go back there for anything else I require and I also easily recall staff assisting me to get all I need out of what I am deciding on buying in the way of an electric or an accoustic guitar of the epiphone brand.

Purchased two Apple computers in the last few months. Same young lady assisted me both times, knowledge and level of service was exceptional. Matched education pricing. Also purchase our school uniforms here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

I have only ever had great service here, but what I love even more is how simple they make uniform shopping! I turn into the car park, there’s always plenty of parks near the doors, I go up the escalator and the shop is right there! It’s well organised and easy to find what you need!

I wish i could give -1 star.
Gave my iphone xs max for repair (thinking they were certified apple repairer) and got a call after 1-2 days saying that they have to replace whole unit of my phone and would cost me around 900$ or may be more. Went to another repairer near to my place and got it fixed in 10 min around 100$ in total.

So now i think school locker is certified iphone reparier with technician with little to no knowledge. Would never go back there again.
