I was in heaven, so many terrific deals and specials, was so hard to stop picking up all the great deals, just love stationery shopping!

I always have excellent customer service when I visit to purchase my children's school items. I particularly love the ladies who fit school shoes for my kids. Great products and we'll stocked items.

The staff never answer the phone, bad signage to show different schools and layout is extremely confusing. Pre-Orders for specialised uniforms take over 3 months to arrive, I was told 2 weeks when I ordered. Staff are inexperienced.

This place services a specific need and it serves it quite well. Although at back to school time it's sheer chaos in there and if u aren't quick u may find stock low on some items.

Be careful if you take a Mac in for a repair.
Had my computer booked in under warranty to be looked at due to hard drive issues and formatted the drive before taking it in as I hard it running on an external drive.
Was told the issue was no OS and to have it installed and the fusion drive "rebuilt" under warranty would be $99.
To reunite the HDD and SSD is a very simple task that can be performed in a minute.
If I was an unaware customer I would have just paid $99 for an in warranty repair and not had my issue fixed.
Will not be coming back.

I've only ever bought school uniforms from here. The place is well set out. I've usually found what I was after, although the back to school rush isn't always successful on the first visit as everyone wants the same thing. I did order online once for delivery, which was easy. Not sure about all schools, but mine has sizing which is not realistic. I had to buy my daughter 4 sizes larger in skirts which isn't good for a teenager's self esteem. I've never needed help from staff, but from what I've overheard, they're polite and knowledgeable

Was good but remains very expensive. Low income families will struggle. Hoping there is a layby system in place. Very helpful staff.

We would have given them zero stars if that was an option. Online order. Failed pick-up from school locker by courier, hence not delivered to us. No one answers their emails or phone. Can't pick up due to my current work situation. They have now made a kid going into senior school uniformless. Not happy! I would appreciate it if you could actually organise a same day delivery on the 25th Jan so our kid isn't made to feel out of place! Order is probably sitting on your front counter.

They have all you need for school but staff are really inefficient and clueless, but what other choice do we have? Last time we went the store was a complete disaster but it was peak season, however they should have assigned one of the multiple staff standing behind the counter to tidy up duties.

You can get all your school supplies, but service is very lacking. Unless it’s the lead up to school returning at the beginning of the year you can expect to be ignored and not acknowledged at all. Makes for a less stressful time trying to get kids to try on uniforms etc, but not great when you have to scour the stor for someone willing to help.

I went to switch out a skirt with my daughter for a different skirt because it was too big for her, we waited at the front for service for over 10 minutes we saw some workers that were to caught up in their own conversation to come and help us. Eventually when a woman did come to help us she was very rude sauing that the skirts we wanted to switch out were the same and she laughed at us, the skirts were not the same they were different sizes if they were the same we wouldn't be wasting anyone's time

I am changing my review since my latest visit was very unsatisfactory. The staff are rude and think it's acceptable to laugh in the face of customers when they approach them with an issue regarding a uniform fault. Blaming my 5yr old for stitching coming undone is offensive and ridiculous. Easy fix or not, the issue needed to be rectified before it got worse. They replaced the uniform but wasn't without fuss. If I did not have to deal with this store in the future, I would definitely avoid!

Customer service is woeful with this company. They ask you to email a service email address which goes unanswered. The main phone number during business hours just rings out and they're quick to charge for the order which goes unfulfilled and delivery needs to be chased. Be very wary when dealing with this company!

Don't need to wait until uniform school shop open anymore, went I need some thing just got straight there and buy it

When we were new to the area and needed new school uniforms this store was busy, and an employee had to go hunting in a warehouse or something nearby to find what we needed. They were very helpful and also showed me how to shop on their online store for an expanded range. I have shopped online with this brand since and found it so convenient vs a non-existent school uniform shop (!).

Excellent range of the larger sizes of the Clark's Daytona school shoe. Carol served us today and was very helpful.

I want to buy a math book. Their website said "in stock". Drove to their shop, found they actually nearly don't have any educational books sell in the shop. If that's the case, on their website it should say "order online only". Misleading information. Waste my time to drive there. The stuff are friendly, the star is for them, otherwise 0 star for the wrong information on their website.

Shoes were advertised on sale for members. Limited sizes available. Sales person did offer to call another store. Needed shoes that day unfortunately.

We had the best customer service I have ever experienced from Kerry (in my 45 years), she made a daunting task effortless. THANK YOU

Not happy that our school has made us go and purchase Uniforms from such an unprofessional place. The Staff were not only rude but not helpful at all. I will be, as much as I can avoiding this place at all costs!
