Absolutely shocking customer service no one seemed to want to help me.
I simply asked what prep books I needed to get for my son and all I got was a I don’t know, I then went to another lady and asked about the school uniforms as I could not find the sports uniform I asked if preppy’s have a sports uniform or if they just wear their everyday uniform I got a um I don’t know.
The amount of times I heard “I don’t know” in that place was unbelievable.
Horrible staff horrible customer service.
They are rude and very unprofessional. Will never be back there again.

The uniform cubbies where a mess. Very limited stock. I had to buy my son a shirt that was wrinkled and not up to standard for the same price as one in the packaging, as there where none in his size and staff said more may come in before next week when school goes back.

Attended the school locker on two occasions trying to get my children their school uniforms. Still no luck on the second try i placed and paid for a pre-order. That arrives a few weeks later but only in part. I returned to the store a third time to this time collect part of my order, however upon double checking for another pair of shorts i noticed they have the other items in stock on shelves. I line up to seek clarification and she states they are restricting families to one polo to one child, ok firstly how does one know how many children i have? I say this really isn’t fair this is my third visit trying to get uniforms for my children, they’ve let me order and pay, wait and return for another trip, they have the items in stock but won’t allow me to have them. The staff member then loudly states “We are asking families to be fair so all children have a uniform to start school with”. I understand the concept but this wasn’t a condition upon placing my order and paying, assuming how many children i have and picking what sizes of uniforms i may need and not need is utterly ridiclous. As for fair, what would be fair would other parents also ordering and then waiting inline for their order, rather then withholding the items that have been paid for so they can be available for other families who walk in and aren’t restricted by purchases (no one is checking this in store). I am a single
mum with two children with Asd and epilepsy, there was a reason i ordered the uniforms they way i did, and given they’ve had my money for several weeks now i didn’t have the funds available to buy elsewhere or secondhand. It was disgusting to be made to feel guilty by trying to ensure my children had what they needed for school.

The school uniforms are of poor quality! Made by STRUDDYS. 2nd wash and stitching has come apart. Get your act together STRUDDYS and make better quality uniforms, because it's a joke for the price we pay.

Ordered a graduation plaque in July 2022, and I have still not received it till this day (Jan 2023). I would not order anything that is custom made from thease guys, they don't give you updates on orders that are delayed or anything. I was told that it was delayed and delayed and delayed, with promises that it would be delivered the next month. They just take your money and run. I have requested a refund from them, and have not heard a response. Poor customer service which does not give a toss about the consumer, and lies about the status of the order.

It started badly, but ended well. The First Lady I dealt with was awful. Jacinta was dismissive and totally uninterested in providing assistance. I sought assistance from Veronica instead. She was responsive and volunteered many helpful suggestions. When Jacinta is compelled to undergo retraining it should be reiterated to her that arrogant self-importance does not go well in the service industry. Many thanks Veronica

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. A branch of Harvey Norman, so they have great products, good buying power and deal with schools and parents every day. Pop into Loganholme and chat with Nicole and her team. They will help you grab what your kids need for school.

After searching for 2 weeks and ringing 20+ different shops, I found The School Locker had the product I needed! And thanks to Emma's amazing help and brilliant customer service, I was able to finally purchase what I needed and had them posted to me without delays or problems. The best part was Emma's helpful, happy and bubbly customer service answering all the questions, going the extra mile and giving advice on the product! Good to see that good old fashioned customer service still exists! Very impressed!:)

Great shop with heaps of bargains. Needed a couple of hours to browse. Staff helpful and friendly. No lab coat in my size in stock and referred to supplier close by. AoK

This place is a joke. The staff NEVER answer their phone, and I'm talking like never - I have called on a dozen separate occasions. When I do go in to the store, the staff are at the front counter talking. So my question is, if they are always at the front counter, then are they ignoring all those phone calls? Like many others I've experienced arrogant customer service many times by staff who seem "bothered" by having to help customers. It really needs to be dealt with, and by the sounds of all these bad reviews on here I think it's time it's taken above the store manager

Even though they were short staffed when we went, the staff who were there did all they could for us. Friendly and helpful.

We had a really great experience this morning when sorting out the socks and hats for two young people. We just moved to a new school so we needed everything. The two staff members were very helpful and provided us detailed guidance about size and they were very patient.

I strongly suggest to organsie the uniform in advance.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. I made a few trips with my sons to get everything they needed for high school. It was difficult this year with delivery delays due to covid yet thanks to getting in a last minute shipment on the shelves we were able to get everything. Despite the current situation the staff remained reassuring and went out of their way for the kids to make sure they were prepared for the start of the school year.

Do not ask to help at all as she is such an arrogant staff. She just love to talk with mates rather than helping customers especially during work hours!

Every time I've visited, it's always busy, no matter how busy they are, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Always good service.

Not all school uniforms are there but i managed to get my grandkids that goes to St Francis. They also have stationary laptops and even musical instruments. Plus a variety of school shoes. Awesome place
