The Facial Hub - Brisbane

I first attended the Facial Hub on 13 October 2021 for a consultation with Alanna. She recommended a course of IPL facials and products that would suit my sensitive, rosacea afflicted, dehydrated aging skin. Fast forward to now and I am looking at completely different skin. I cannot express in words the transformation my skin has gone through and how grateful I am to Alanna. Alanna is such a knowledgeable therapist. The most amazing part of my story is the products were relatively inexpensive, especially considering the results I have got and how fast the transformation has been.

We went through all my current skin care products, my current skin concerns, and the goals I want to achieve with my skin. The salon is easy to get to, has available parking, and is beautiful inside. Shannyn was amazing! Such a sweetheart, so caring and gentle. My skin has never been more glowing or hydrated - I usually turn bright red and my skin burns after treatments but my skin feels so calmed and soothed. I highly recommend the sensitive skin facial x

I paid to be a model for a lash lift/tint for their new therapist Laurie to complete her staff training on the 1st September, 2021.

There were multiple occasions that the chemical went into my eye and caused severe stinging sensation. However, they instantly resolved it in a professional manner.

The result was satisfactory despite being uncomfortable throughout the treatment. When I left the Facial Hub, I looked at my left eye carefully and realised that some of the skin from my eyelid was taken away. It was likely a chemical burn.

It has been quite red, painful and irritating without me even touching it, let alone washing my face with face cleansers for the next couple of days.

I personally never expected something like this would happen to me, especially on sensitive areas like the eyelids. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience I have had with the Facial Hub.
