The Facial Hub - Brisbane

This is my first ever experience with a facial and it was sensational! Claudia made me feel like a million dollars. She is professional, friendly and talented. You can tell she loves her job and is very good at it.
I thought I was coming for a one off facial but I am completely sold (not in a pushy way!) on this entire experience. It is relaxing, rejuvenating, calming, stress releasing, affordable and worth it! You will leave feeling relaxed & beautiful. I had the 'Classic' (with Claudia) and my skin looks and feels the most amazing I have ever known it to be. I will be back endlessly

Beautiful products with luxury treatments would make anyone feel incredible! I have to add though, the cherry on top of this whole experience was the staff. Ladies, you really make that place hum.

I attended the Facial Hub for my first ever spray tan. The team were welcoming and respectful. Communication provided was professional and clear, making a seamless process. Premises was clean and appealing. A pleasant experience. Will return in the future.

I booked in as a training model & I don’t regret it. Received some useful advice & product recommendations, without ever feeling pressured to purchase any items or services, something I really appreciate!

Bought a 6 pack microneedling pack. Every session it just felt like they were trying to push products on you. Same questions everytime, pushing the same products. When you say not interested their interest in you goes pretty quickly. One session was so poorly done I had no benefit from it at all. Emailed to give feedback but no care given. Still been chasing my last skin needling appointment with no reply. Unless they think they can make more money from you then you are worthless to them. In addition I am not dolly Foley and I emailed them yet again to say that wasnt me and my name and still no reply!

Really impressed with the service. Had a very relaxing LED facial, beautician took the time to understand my concerns and reason for visit and then wasn’t pushy to rebook or buy products. Excited for my next visit

The beautiful lady who treated me today was an absolute delight (I am so sorry I cannot remember her name!). And the lovely person on reception helped me with some makeup colour matching upon my exit was wonderful also! Amazing experience! Thank you!

Sevine is obviously well suited to her chosen vocation and this is evidenced by her knowledge and passion to educate, as well as her ability to provide thorough, relaxing skin treatments. Highly recommend The Facial Hub and will certainly be returning for future skin treatments.

One of the best experiences I had - hardly noticed that I actually had waxing done, as was painless, and well executed including the shaping of my brows.the tinting of brows and lashes was spot on as well.

I had a microdermabrasion facial with Ollie, it was exceptional. Ollie really heard what my concerns were and followed through with strong recommendations on treating them. 10/10 will be recommending to all my girlfriends.
