The Crazy Joker

First time taking my 11 month old and it was a great experience. He had a blast and loved having a little bounce. Though I think 4 years is a little old for a toddler area and there were a few much older children carrying on in there but we found a spot in a back corner where he could play.
The staff are very friendly and patient, everything was cleaned fairly quickly despite being quite busy.
Had a great coffee and delicious, soft banana bread as well. Will definitely be back!

We were told we couldn't move a table to accommodate our large family of 9. No reason was given, the staff member was extremely rude and didn't offer an alternative. We piled into a four seater table. Dispite the fact we spent over $120 on food and entry and we are regular customers. The bathrooms are also always filthy and void of paper towels and soap. The experience leaves a lot to be desired. A smile from staff wouldn't go astray either.

I was a bit disappointed. The price was a bit hefty, $7 dollars for a baby to get in and the place is in EXTREME need of maintenance. It rained today and the roof leaked so bad. People had to move their table and chairs the floor become slippery. I notified the counter the baby area's roof was leaking and suggested they close it off. They decided just to put a bucket in there. The floor mats that are there to protect them become slippery and a little boy slipped and hit his head on the fence. They still didn't close it off until another child was hurt. If they have children they should know a child is only going to tip the bucket over. The food was frozen and it's not cheap. The HYGIENE is not acceptable. The heat is horrible. I just wish it was in better shape because dispite all this my daughter had fun and I would happily pay the $7 dollars if the place was maintained and the equipment was cleaned. My daughter has a disability and to see her actually use the equipment like she did was just love in my heart. But I can not bring myself to take her back till it has had a mini reno. It's a law suit waiting to happen. And this is Australia.

Staff are really nice, toddler area is great. Only issue is parents ignoring the rules, staff are happy to come and sort it out.

This place is absolutely filthy. I was watching kids go down the slide, only to get stuck half way. It just looks very run down too.

Had a lovely $10 meal and free delivery on Fridays. Service was quick and the lady that delivered it was very friendly. The meal was Mexican Topped Chicken Schnitzel. Out of this world. 10/10 will be back again.

It was hectic and crazy. The ladies behind the food counter were quick with our food, but my friend and her family had to wait 50 min on their food. When they asked if everything is alright, it was just a bit uncomfortable. That's the main reason for the 3 stars. The place was clean and the food fine.

Ordered a Savoury Grazing Box & Wrap Box for Melbourne Cup. Looked just like FB posted photos very appetising and taste was not disappointing, ingredients were all fresh and great value for money. Would definitely order again, great job Crazy Joker

I waited just under an hour for two toasted sandwiches and a plate of wedges. We were one of the first to order so it wasn't that there was heaps of orders in front. My issue was not once was there an apology for the wait. Besdies that my kids enjoyed it so now I'm not in the heat of the moment I will increase my rating from a one star to a three.

Run down, toilets were disgusting and in my opinion not worth the $
A slide patched by cardboard that my daughter got a bit stuck on then face planted down the rest of the slide, not acceptable for a kids play area

On two occasions I have ordered food from this place and on both occasions I had substandard food. Today my Cajun Burger was raw. I won't be coming back again, sorry.

Heard about it one day from a friend so decided to stop for lunch. Kids had an amazing time and gave me lots of time to relax on my phone.
Food was reasonably priced, would compare the pricing to that of a Tavern.

Amazing! The facilities are great, staff are so friendly, food is incredible! And you can't go past a milkshake in the old school metal cups! The only thing is suggest is more regular cleaning in the toilets.

Absolute rip off when it comes to catering for birthdays was not impressed two platters of party pies chips and chicken fingers cost 65 dollars each absolutely disgusted with the way it was served and charged more than a platter from subway which is more for your value would not recommend

Awesome place to take the little one's. Lots of active play indoors & a very nice Cafe for the big one's.

The kids loved playing on all the equipment and i could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace while they had fun

Overpriced, no supervision yet parents can't assist their young children when big kids play rough. Very hot.

How is this place still open? Probably the dirtiest, run down kids play centre I have ever seen. Pick your game up crazy joker staff! This place should be shut until maintenance/cleaning can be carried out. Please don’t waste your time going here. Get some lunch and find a nice park for the kids.

Great food and nice staff. Would like more for bubs had to take 18mth old out of toddler section as slide was too dangerous for a baby and she kept going up there. Also 4 year olds seem to be too old for toddlers and kept knocking her over in toddler section.

Great staff, great service & best coffee in Rocky! Kids had a ball & excellent value for money.
