This is not a child friendly venue at all. The owner is rude and unwelcoming, the place is like a sauna my kids were literally dripping with sweat, the equipment is old, ripped & unsafe, things are held together with zip ties, inflatables deflate and fall onto the children. We saw one baby hit his head on the ground and almost suffocate because the babies area inflatable didn't have enough air in it either. The slides hurt the children's back because they seem not to be joined together properly. My daughter came off the slide crying from being hurt. No lights in the toilets, even the decore is not suitable for kids. The staff are more interested in serving food which I've never tasted cause entry is expensive enough for me. Having a large family with no family discounts available. I would recommend this owner close down and get a cafe for adults only instead. And stay behind the scenes and not interact with customers because your sour attitude is extremely off putting. I was also over charged and was told it was my fault and refused a refund. I will never take my kids here again! Please don't believe the 5 star reviews, this place is lucky to receive 1 star.

Worth the money to sit with a cold drink and tire the kids out. Very friendly staff. Clean and safe!

The crazy joker once was an amazing place, food incredible play equipment awesome and clean. But the last few times going (after not going for about 2 years as my kids got older, but now have another little one). I’ve started to notice dirty equipment rude employees. And of recent very damaged equipment some just held together with tape. The baby play area should just be ripped out, the jumping castle in there is a suffocation risk. And from reading reviews it’s been a problem for a while I told the lady working and she said she fixed it but it only made it worse.

Please please please close down for a while get your priorities in order fix the equipment make it the safe fun clean environment it once was.

Food is amazing always has been. I kinda feel like that’s why the play ground is lacking because the food/cafe part has taken priority.

Price to get in for kids is crazy as well. And went up so much.

Equipment was filthy to the point it was covered in grime.perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Jumping castle in the baby area has holes through it and constantly deflated, unable to properly support the children.

Made the mistake of ordering food. After over an hour wait, it came out so cold it was as though it had just been taken out of a fridge. The drinks were unpleasant and were not consumable.

They are also trying to sell Easter eggs on the front counter. While it does say it’s “for children” the eggs are over a month past the expiration date.

Truely disappointing.

Pretty good place.kids loved it.food abit on the expensive side though.have been there several times never had to pay to get in.now charging $10.50 for a 4 year old.should b free.considering it's basically a jumping castle and a slide.

I’ve taken my young son here recently and won’t be coming back. Some of their foods are mouldy and the play area is never cleaned and extremely dirty. The blow up area for younger kids is covered in holes and scuff marks, never even wiped down. There are wrappers of food and remains of rubbish for kids to pick up and get sick from. The owners are extremely rude and the whole place is unsafe and unsanitary. Although my partner no longer works here, this was an issue well beforehand as seen in many other reviews.

Very dirty every time I've been I spend more time picking stuff out of my 16 month old mouth then he does playing it needs a deep clean bad it's got to the point the dust has turned to grime someone needs to open something like this up elsewhere as there is no other options for places like this. Cracks in slide, rips in the nets & just a huge mess very dirty place.

Lovely venue, fantastic and friendly staff despite their business, delicious food and even better coffee! Kids had a riot. Recommended

Very overpriced not worth it. Was very steamy in there, asked to turn the fans on and said they will. They didn't. Entry fee is overpriced. Staff is rude. Not maintained and unhygienic. Not worth 1 star, worth less

Took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and about an hour to get our food. There was maybe 20 other adults in there the whole time. The food wasn't even that great after the wait. Lucky my kids had fun or I would have given 1 star

Great place for the kids to play! Especially when hot or raining! Food is the highlight for this mumma great staff to boot!

Awesome service the staff were amazing and the food well priced and not that long of a wait time. I had a ham cheese and tomato sandwich and the ham was carved off the bone highly recommend

1 star is being generous. Our children enjoyed the play facilities, which is worth the one star. But we would've been better off throwing the $80 we spent on food and drinks out the window of our car while we drove, at least I wouldn't be in pain.

Ordered a hot drink on almond milk to start the day. The pain I have been in since and the several trips to the bathroom indicates the barista used cow's milk.

Ordered $70 worth of food for lunch, was overcharged. When I questioned the charge I was told it was correct. Walked away as it wasn't worth the effort. Ordered a dish that was advertised with poached eggs, grilled tomatoes and Turkish toast. Asked to pay the advertised $3 on their menu for extra mushrooms. The dish came out 3 times without tomatoes, and with normal toast. By the third time I took it back and asked for a refund. The manager said the food was already being prepared and denied it. I stated the food items were wrong and we were overcharged. Eventually the manager admitted to some of the overcharge, however was adamant the menu that states it's an extra $3 for items doesn't include mushrooms, which are $4.50 extra - go figure. In the end, the dish still came out with normal toast and cold uncooked tomatoes.

Food was decent, fresh and priced well with regular specials. Big menu with lots of options for everyone. Delivery was quick and easy.

Great atmosphere, especially for kids, great seating for parents, guardians to sit, chat ajd dine while watching kids play, plenty of staff and good security. Almost a timeout for parents, relaxing, kid friendly and focussed

Might be a great place for kids but honestly the way staff treat those with special needs and requirements is unacceptable! Absolutely disgusted! Will definitely be connecting with local council to address it. For 2021 in a modern world - I expected better! Just anything to make a quick buck! Food was ok but again rather pricey and no other food or drink allowed in so they will get ya to buy the food there.

The kids love it. They have $10 burgers which is good value on special days. I just found the prices for their drinks was very high. Especially with kids running around and always thirsty, might be good idea to take your own. Also it is very noisy, so if you don't like too much noise not a good place to go.

First visit to the Crazy Joker and I will be returning many more times. The food was delicious and the kids had a ball. Not many places you can take kids in an air conditioned setting that you can sit and actually enjoy a nice meal.

Excellent food and array of catering options. Only issue was the lack of response from staff, and abrupt messages I received on Facebook in response to my booking enquiry. Did not feel like a welcomed customer and would suggest a better way of placing orders may be needed.

Had a lovely $10 meal and free delivery on Fridays. Service was quick and the lady that delivered it was very friendly. The meal was Mexican Topped Chicken Schnitzel. Out of this world. 10/10 will be back again. Everything is nice and clean. I highly recommended this place. Must try.
