T2 Tea Carindale

The quality of tea and range of it's tea has changed. Can't try the tea like before. Staff don't know their products. I used to buy lots of tea from there.their product and service has declined from every aspect

The T2 product is always beautiful, classy and creative. The staff at Carindale are particularly friendly and knowledgeable.

Always a wonderful experience to browse the shelves for favourite and new tea blends. Friendly helpful staff make shopping a pleasure.

They spend all their time on branding, retail psychology and hype and no time on what's inside the box. The tea is actually inferior to supermarket brands and not as fresh. Essentially all you're paying for is the rich oligarchs who own Westfield. If you want to subsidise billionaires by paying 8 times the price for a substandard product then this is a good place to buy tea. Read the testimonials on Product Reviews Australia before making up your mind, they're damning.

Love love T2. Traveling around the world through a teapot. Experience everything from India chai to Japanese matcha. The best part of T2 is they get funky with it adding choc to chai and coconut and pineapple to green tea! Sooo delicious!

Had an awesome experience with help from Kurt while doing last minute rush shopping for my mother's birthday. He did an awesome job gift wrapping the box for us.

Overall, a good quality shopping experience in this shop. Friendly staff with good customer service. Merchandise (and there were lots of it) was well laid out & neat and tidy.

The teas are absolutely to die for, however I have not been to this store once and paid what I was expecting to pay. The prices of all the miscellaneous items are either not displayed so you get a massive shock at the register; items are either not labelled or they are incorrectly labelled, or items (infusers) are in the wrong spot so instead of paying $8 you will, for instance, pay $16. Have felt ripped off each time I have been here and it should probably be a relaxing experience given it's a tea store. Hot tip: buy the tea at the store and everything else online at a fraction of the price and then you'll actually know what price you're paying.

This shop has single handedly managed to transform me from a fanatic T2 lover to a never-wanting-to-touch-T2-with-a-ten-foot-pole-again person. This achievement has been gained through multiple attempts and a lot of perseverance. Hats off!

Lovely shop, I’m not much of a tea drinker but Toni made a few for me to try and we managed to find a few that suited me. She is pleasant and approachable and patient. Thanks again for the help Toni will definitely be shopping here again and again.

Such an amazing range of teas! The staff are happy to make you a small cup of tea so you can try before you buy. As a tea lover, you can't go wrong with T2 Tea. T2 is a perfect gift for a tea lover. I love the fact that they always have a few already made teas for anyone to try.
I've purchased heaps (probably too many) teas from T2 and they're ALWAYS high quality.
It's a tea lover's dream place.

I love T2, I am a complete tea addict. I popped in to T2 Carindale to get my free cup of tea but they said they have just cleaned the machine and didnt serve me. I was disappointed.
