Sure Dental! What can I say - I cannot say enough. Dr Ghobrial and his professional, friendly and caring team were amazing. I haven’t experienced this level of care for a very long time. I was anxious at first due to unpleasant childhood experiences but this feeling soon passed. Dr Ghobrial explained to me the current position of my teeth’s health and what the future would look like which no other dentist had bothered to tell me. I now have healthy teeth and gums and a beautiful smile which I never ever thought possible. I can’t smile enough about Sure Dental. Thank you so much Dr Ghobrial and his wonderful staff.

Amazing staff. They are so welcoming and treat my kids so well.

Although I was satisfied with my previous dentist, I changed work locations and changed to Sure Dental.

I chose Sure Dental simply because the location is close to home. However, from the first visit it was obvious I made a great choice for the following reasons:

1. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes (if at all).
2. You always get welcomed at the door by a very friendly staff member.
3. The place is ultra-modern – you watch Netflix with earphones on while the work is being done (your choice of program and apparently laughing is okay).
4. The staff are all extremely polite, friendly and professional - I can honestly say I like every single one of them.
5. I've always had a follow up call to see how everything has gone
6. Lastly, Michael Ghobrial is a great dentist. He’s highly skilled, very friendly and professional and explains everything.

This is the practice to go to if you have phobias about dentists. I would rate my fear of dentists at extreme. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were so gentle, so friendly and patient. The kindness, and the compassion shown to me went way beyond them just doing their job. They turned a terrifying experience into a manageable one. From the moment I stepped in the door, they did everything possible to help calm me. I was never rushed or made to feel stupid for being frightened. The cuddly blanket and squeeze ball were surprisingly helpful. My husband told me they covered the dental instruments quickly, out of my sight, when I told them earlier that seeing them stressed me. I can never thank them enough for what they all did. It was kindness and compassion at the highest level. Dr Michael Ghobrial was fantastic. He was friendly, calm, and very patient. He really listened to my fears and concerns and explained how he would deal with them. He explained all of the treatment options available to me in detail and let me decide how I wanted to precede. I was given gas which helped alleviate my anxiety. The gum numbing agent was very strong and really helped with the anesthetic injections. This is my greatest dental fear and Dr Michael was very gentle, taking the time to gradually increase the dose until I was sufficiently numb. He also kept the needle out of my line of sight which helped enormously. His easy going manner, his compassion, and professionalism, made this a positive experience. He made me laugh and that is something I will be forever grateful for. I was never rushed or made to feel like I had to make an instant decision. For the first time in my life, I am seriously considering having the rest of my teeth looked at to prevent further tooth loss. If you are reading this because you are searching for a dentist who deals with anxious patients, then I cannot praise this practice highly enough. I can never thank them all enough to express my gratitude and appreciation for all they did. 10/10.

Without doubt the best dentist I have been to. I needed significant work done do correct previous crowns from a few years earlier and was experiencing a fair amount of pain. Dr Ghobrial and his team were quick to fix the issue and replace four crowns and remove a bad infection. They were incredibly professional but the best part was how understanding and flexible they were given my circumstances. I honestly dont think I have felt more comfortable with a dentist before. I would easily recommend Sure Dental to anyone and can safely say we have found our entire families dentist. The end result for me is a great smile and the confidence of long lasting results which I lacked previously. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Dr. Ghobrial was the first dentist I have visited that really helped me understand the extent of my dental issues and has gone up and beyond to help me fix these problems. I cannot speak more highly of the skill and brilliance of the staff here. Everyone was extremely personable and the shear volume of revolutionary technology involved made the experience more comfortable and yielded the cleanest teeth of my life! While there are many "free" dentist consultations, you absolutely get what you pay for here, and it is worth every cent!

Out of multiple dentists over four decades and two different countries, Sure is the best dental experience I’ve had.
Every member of their staff is friendly, courteous, and experienced. Both my daughter and myself are now lifetime clients. We just sat back and watched Netflix with headphones on while they worked, simple, painless, and stress free.

Sure Dental is a step above previous dental clinics I’ve visited, lovely neat and tidy patient lounge, having access to watch netflix while having my clean done was nice in the way that I could tune out and relax. Karen and Lizzy made me feel very comfortable!
