Anyone looking for an overhaul in their smile, teeth or gums, this is the best place I've EVER been to.
So professional and go that extra mile to make you feel #1 whilst you're there.
Personal touches like knowing when you are arriving and opening the door; selections of juice or water/lip balms when you finish and a selection of shows on the overhead TV to choose from. All make the experience one that isn't scary.

Having recently moved from the states, finding a trustworthy dentist was a huge part of my adjustment to living abroad. The team at Sure are absolutely amazing. They took an incredibly solid amount of time to truly understand my history, and what I needed in and from my next dental team. WOW WOW WOW from the initial phone call with Hana the Practice Manager to my first appointment, I knew I was in good hands! This is the most professional dental practice I have ever visited, ALL staff are AmaZing, from the moment you are greeted at the door, until the end of your visit, you are treated as if you are their only patient …. Definitely VIP service! In most practices, it’s either the Dentist is fantastic and the Admin staff/Dental Assistants let you down or vice versa, but the WHOLE team are exceptional!

At the initial consult Dr Ghobrial listens to your wants and needs, then from his many years of experience he carries out a full review explaining what can be done to safely protect your natural teeth to create beautiful natural looking veneers and give you a perfect smile line. You don’t want a dentist that just grinds away your natural teeth for the sake of fitting veneers, you need a dentist that carries out a conservative preparation protecting your natural teeth and maintaining gum health – this is Dr Ghobrial …. You have total confidence and trust that you will receive the best care for your teeth as he is highly experienced in all facets of general and cosmetic dentistry. I had 10 veneers fitted over 3 visits, which look & feel very natural, perfectly aligned and veneer quality is impeccable. Dr Ghobrial’s calm and confident manner is phenomenal, this comes through to you in the chair and you relax knowing there is nothing to fear! If you are looking for the best smile design then you are in great hands …. He is in my mind Australia’s No. 1 Dentist!

It’s the little things the practice staff remember and do …. The dental assistants go above and beyond remembering what you like, from what glasses suit your eyelashes, to things about you personally to make you feel special including having your favourite series/movie on Netflix ready when you arrive for your visit. You are not rushed or pressured when in the chair, again treating you like you are their only patient and you really don’t want the dental experience to end! With follow up calls the next day after major work, this is an important part of their service to ensure all is well and any advice/questions are answered – just sensational! Then a month later depending on what you have had done or are doing with your at home treatments, just fantastic above and beyond care inside and outside your visits.

We travel over an hour to get to Sure Dental however wouldn’t mind how long it took, it’s like visiting family, they give you that warm and fuzzy feeling, they exude dental passion …. This is the Sure experience and we highly recommend! 10/10+

My two year old had her very first dental appointment today and these guys were incredible. They are caring, friendly, kind and very understanding. I have a serious phobia and the appointment with my daughter today has definitely helped with the anxiety I am having for my first dental appointment in approx 7 years. Service is exceptional. I have never been to any practice that has a staff member open the door to greet you on arrival and departure. Staff are friendly, very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them any day.

12 months ago I went to Dr Ghobrial seeking a second opinion on advice I was given to save my teeth. When he explained that he wanted to restore and save as much of my teeth as possible I knew I was in the right hands!
After a year of braces, and finishing with porcelain veneers and crowns I am now the very happy owner of great teeth! Dr Ghobrial is not only a great dentist and a top bloke, he is a true craftsman of his trade. Oustanding in all facets of the patient experience. Dr Ghobrial and his team, both clinical and administrative, couldn't have done more to make our experience one that was positive and reassuring. We were informed clearly about every step that needed to be taken with our dental care and all possible treatment options were discussed openly and transparently. Nothing makes multiple sessions of dental work go quicker than noise-cancelling headphones and several seasons of The Office, any clinic that provides this is doing something right:)
