Always such a nice experience! Good quality meat and the staff are super friendly! Thank you to the boys who looked after me and made sure I get the best value and quality for money.and for throwing a little something on the side for my Chihuahua! 10+

Disappointing and deceiving! I am a regular customer here and all this while, they charge their meats according to the tagged price despite having to cut me a slice from the packet. However, today they decided to charge me deli price, which was an additional 20% when I asked them to cut me a slice of steak. The worst part is that I was not told in advance and neither was there any signage about this! I do not appreciate dishonesty and unethical business practices and they have completely lost my business. This should go up to #ACCC. Disgusting!

My husband and I went into your Browns Plains store on the public holiday last Monday and were greeted by Joel, Kyla and Kat. Kat helped us choose a great piece of eye fillet that was so wonderful. A huge thank you to the "awesome three amigos"! This is why we drive just over an hour to buy our meat etc as they are always friendly, cheeky and a great bunch. Thank you guys and see you soon. Yesterday was the first time I have been here and the friendliness of the staff made me come back again today! They have good selections of meat at great price. Will definitely come back to shop again soon!

Amazing quality for even cheaper than the poor quality meat at super markets. Customer service is also incredible.

First time in today, staff very helpful and range unbelievable. I am a butcher and have spent a lot of time in various different retail situations and have to say I have not experienced such a positive vibe from a room full of dead flesh:)

We have been buying our meat from Super Butcher for years now, the quality is always exceptional but for us the charm of Super Butcher Browns Plains is their Fantastic staff and their outstanding service, we could not compliment them enough and a very special mention to Muzz who always goes out of his way to give us the best service and quality meat, he is not only our Friendly Butcher but now over time has become a great friend. I was in your store late Saturday couldn't fault service young Kat was
excellent her knowledge and happy smiling attitude was great to see.
I would recommend shop to all my friends. Also the leg pork on special
was tender and juicy and i wont mention how good the crackling was.

First time in store. First impressions are everything to aquire new and loyal customers. So as soon as we walked in were acknowledged, the lady was very helpful in pointing out their services. The guys were very approachable giving good clear advice on cuts of meat etc.overall good impression. Simple clean layout.

Had a look yesterday for first time.great place, awesome meat and the biltong is great as well.the porter house was as tender as.and staff were fantastic. Good stuff.

I went into this store for the first time on Friday. I normally get my meats from Coles or Woolies, but I am officially converted! I had over 4 different staff come up to me to see if they could help me in any way. Every single staff member was so friendly and kind. Happy staff is a good sign of a well run business in my opinion. I got a big slab of meat cut to my preference for no extra cost. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience. Good service is hard to find these days, so when I do find it I am most appreciative

Most of the meat I have got has been great and the staff are willing to talk to you all day about meat and selecting the best pieces. Very helpful.

Really helpful staff, they will go out of their way to help you and they are all very knowledgeable and are more than happy to talk about their products and what would be best for you. The meat is very reasonably priced and is very high quality.
