Super Butcher Browns Plains

Earlier this week we purchased a Jacks Creek Rump and sat down to taste it last night. Having consumed Jacks Creek product previously we were very dissapointed in this particular purchase being pretty touigh to say the least. A large portion was "Binned"
My wife contacted Browns Plains Super Butcher this morning, explained our issue and in return received a most welcomed invitation to call at their branch with the disapointing residual rump. This my wife achieved and spoke with Bryce. He checked out the packs, agreed that the quality was possibly not what to expect from that supplier and offered to replace in full with a considered superior Brand, known to most housholds which I will not name in this review.
We are looking forward to sitting down again tonight to taste and are looking forward to this experience.

Have been going to Browns Plains Super Butcher since they opened. First of all, this place does meat better than any other butcher, there range is huge, the staff not only make you feel welcome every time you walk in know just about everything there is to know about meat. They have something to cater for everyone from $10 - $500 a kg.

I often need bulk orders or random things they do not have in stock.all i need to do is ask them and within a few days they have them for me. When ordering bulk they help me with the price, it literally is a one stop shop. On top of that they also sell very high quality charcoal and smoking woods, much cheaper and usually better than anything you could find at a BBQ store.

And rubs, they got just about everything, at first I was a bit apprehensive about rubs as I was a chef and liked to make my own but once I tried one and realized how many meals you could get out of them I bought them all, The ones I liked I had the boys order me in commercial size tubs so I would have enough to last me the year.

Honestly, anything you need meat or BBQ wise it is always best to talk to the boys at Browns Plains first, they will either have the answer or have know exactly where to send you.

If I could give 6 stars I would but 5 will have to do. Very Very good job

Love the staff and the service. They can’t do enough for you and are happy to help you. Sometimes there product is a bit off but compared to other stores like Wollies and Coles they will do.

Unreal blokes. We went here for the first time on the weekend, they were more than happy to give us some advice and even went the extra mile with vac sealing one of the items we bought.

Awesome, Friendly and slightly crazy staff. They are all amazing. As you walk in you get greeted and asked if you need an hand with anything.
Bryce, Scotty and the team always recommend amazing cuts of beef and will only buy what they recommend now.
Love going there. Always good for a laugh and chat.

Super Butcher is amazing! I am a bit of a carnivore and always prefer to get a delivery when ordering anything, Super Butcher caters for me perfectly, the prices are right, the quality is amazing and I can even pick what day I would like my delivery out of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday in my area. The 5 for $50 is always a sure bet, when ordering online you can specify what portions you would like in each vacuum sealed package which is absolutely amazing in itself, the first time I did a shop online ordered from a competitor I spent 7 hours vacuum sealing the meat myself! I have never been disappointed with anything from Super Butcher, and I honestly do not think I ever will. I am a fan for life! Well done guys, this is the service I have looked for my whole life! I have made a few errors while ordering and reached out to the team via email and have always had prompt replies. SUPER BUTCHER IS THE BEST!

I would always refuse to enter any type of butcher.but when I had walked into super butcher the staff were so friendly had placed a online order 5 for $50 and never tasted such good meat before.
Will be making my fortnightly orders with them from now on so many great deals.

Friendly staff, some of the best meat going. Isn't the cheapest butcher but you get what you paid for. Do have alot of specials weekly

MEAT

Most is always good, I find asking questions about meat I am unsure of avoids disappointment.

Sausages are labelled as GF for those with allergies, its helpful.

STOCK

Meat, sauces, pasta and lots of associated spices/marinade is available instore.

5 for $50 i ordered online & picked up from Browns plains. Friendly staff and fast service. Saved me time & especially with kids I was in & out! Saved me a tonne and have plenty of meat to last without costing an arm or leg!

Meat is horrible I bought some eye fillet and when I went home to cook it it was tasteless and like leather though I had bought it from Woolies or Coles. Not much of a selection either and over price for the rubbish I got will not go back again I would only give half a star but can't put that down

The meat quality is amazing and the friendly and helpful staff makes it even sweeter.

Current fav: Cape Grim eye fillet! Super duper tender and awesome flavour!
