This butcher is brilliant. I don't what I'd do without them. They supply absolutley everything and all of it is top quality. They're meat taste better, looks better, and lasts longer then anything you will get from woolworths, coles or competing butchers. I have been everywhere to buy meat. I eat a mainly Carnivore Diet. Everything from the Super Butcher in Ashmore from Pork, Beef, Lamb and Chicken is exceptional. Thanks heaps.

Forget woolies or your local butcher, Super Butcher is the best place for quality meats. The guys there are always helpful and knowledgeable. The jerky is amazing, good range of rubs and sauces and their wagyu is the highest quality you will find on the coast.

I went to the Ashmore store for the fist time on Sunday as the weather somewhat cleared up and I'm addicted to all things bbq. Purchased a rump cap for a reasonable price and some other cuts. I wasn't expecting much as it was rump. Cooked the rump indirect on my gas bbq and smoked it for just under 4 hours. We were all impressed by the flavour and tenderness. Friendly staff, amazing selection of rubs and woodchips and so on. I've found my new Butchers!
