We had a Carolina Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket family pie that had been in the freezer for a few weeks. Never have I tasted such Piefection. With a price of $29.99, I thought it was at the top end but after watching the family clean their plates and come back for more,
As a regular who buys all of our meat here, there has to be a mention of the great friendly staff who recommend, cut and cryovac our bulk buys. I remembered how quality always pays.

We discovered Super Butcher about 6 months ago. We are regulars now and are very happy with the prices and absolute 5 star quality products. Do yourself a favour and buy your meat from Super Butcher. Easy parking and a great variety.

I arrived at 8am today for Wednesday special at Ashmore of porterhouse steak. After butcher packaged and kryovacd I checked and saw that only seven packets instead of nine were in my bag! I complained and it was discovered the next customer had my extra two packets! No apologies and when I got home I discovered ham I had also purchased was missing! Rang back and was assured it had been put in my bag! No way Not happy!

Walked in for the first time, got given a tour and pointed in the direction of an incredible deal. Ended up being the best steaks I've eaten in ages. Suffice to say I'm a big fan of the service and produce. It's heaven for grass-fed beef lovers.

Love this store products are top notch and the food Ruben cooks is out of this world have recommended to alot of people. Keep up the good work and great service.

Was super keen on this butcher but this afternoon i went in and had a basket full of food. I waited so long at both counters for service, 4 staff on that i could see, I was the only person in the store other than my daughter, the serving man was on the phone for about 10 mins so I waited for him to finish his call. He then promptly turned around to do something, who knows what but no one acknowledged my presence at all. I had about 95 dollars worth of food in my basket and I slowly put all the food back in the freezer returned my blue basket and walked out. One of these people could have said hey well be with you soon or even hello it was rude, very rude. Maybe you need a service bell to get acknowledged idk. I cannot believe the difference between our first visit, and this. First visit the man serving was amazing. Maybe he's the boss and these others don't give a hoot when he's not there. Let me tell you they missed out big because I buy alot of meat, regularly, growing teen boys and frankly I deserve better regardless. Im not sure I'll return, the meat hub around the corner made me feel more appreciated as a customer. This matters too. A lot

Very good knowledge of Japanese style BBQ. Helped us choose the right wagyu beef and the cut it for us. We disagreed on thickness of the cut, turns out I was wrong. The boss was right. The owner also understands Asian doesn't like the strong pork smell. Which indicated most of his pork are female pigs. We also bought pork ribs to make Chinese style soup tonight, no smell at all. Very friendly and professional, highly recommended! I rarely give higher than 3 stars, but I have to give a 5 stars today for their professionalism.

Two people very sick for one night. Unacceptable. The staffy/mastiff dog who always munches chicken for a favourite treat, would NOT even eat it. Unbelievable.

Have just recently moved butcher to the super butcher Ashmore as the old discount butcher I was using had a bad habit of selling me smelly off old meat and the place stunk I’ve thrown 4-5 meals out in the last few months
As a chef I’m pretty fussy when it comes to the quality of our meat
I’ve found the super butcher has really fresh great quality meat that doesn’t smell off
Great value
I’m so happy since I’ve moved to them
The meat is beautiful with great flavour and fresh and very friendly helpful staff
We are now enjoying our meals again

Super butcher has to be one of the greatest teams of people I’ve ever har the pleasure of dealing with. Every one of them know their product, they’re professional and friendly, and I always leave feeling like they’ve taken the best care possible.

Lovely friendly staff. Big range with lots of great options to buy whole fillets and slice in store exactly the way you want.

This store is epically awesome! The products and the staff are top notch I highly recommend these guys and the bonus of the hot ready food is wonderful too! I'd give more stars if I could ️

Updated review butcher reached out to me today 4th of April and has refunded me for the product that was missed in my delivery order cheers Adam for fixing this up First time customer. Made a online order on Friday for 200 dollars worth of meat got delivered today Monday at 4: 25 pm enjoying my first meal of the pork schnitzels everything arrived except for the maple bacon I ordered was very impressed with the amount of meat I got out of the value pack for 50 dollars easy have about 2 months worth of food 4 stars due to missing the bacon called the butcher this afternoon and left a msg will update review to 5 stars if it gets fixed up easy 5 star rating for value alone and very tasty meat regards Jake

I've been interested in cooking for a couple of years now (anything to do with meat, naturally!) and so I've been in and out of different butchers for that entire 2 years, trying to find the best one.

I can definitely say I've found it.

Yesterday - as of writing this review! - I went to go and buy a ribeye steak to try out a recipe that was on a little recipe card I'd gotten from Super Butchers Ashmore about a week or so ago; the 'reverse sear steak' one.

First thing I did when I arrived was ask the nearest employee if I could get a steak cut down and he told me to head out the back, so I did; once I was out there I was greeted by another employee who told me to go ahead and pick out whichever large cut I want, which he'd cut down for me - so I did! Not only was it cut very professionally, but he had enough experience under his belt to guess how much it'd weigh and even gave me a price estimate beforehand that was accurate to a few dollars.

It was sincerely the most authentic and oldschool experience I've ever had; any time I've been in there the staff have been beyond helpful, I've never once waited long for service and never once had a bad experience. Not to mention the selection is amazing too!

This is 100% how butchers are meant to be. I don't think I could ever go to another butcher!

The team at Super Butcher Ashmore are a bunch of legends! Always super helpful, I won't go anywhere else for my meat!
