Super helpful staff, happy with the range of glasses to choose from and advice on keeping them in good condition.

We were served by Sabrina. Knowledgeable, intelligent, fun and helpful. We came looking for one pair of sunglasses and left with two. The shop has a great range of sunglasses and have more Chanel sunnies than the Chanel fashion boutique down the road.

Excellent service from Reece - saw the Prada glasses I wanted from the Sunglass Hut email sent to me used the App to try them on then called the store had a chat to Reece and he put the glasses aside for me. Went to the store later that day and purchased the glasses. Reece went over and above in regards to telling me about the current sales offer and also ensured I was completely satisfied with my new sunglasses! Bought a new pairs of Ray Ban Hexagon at DFO only to realise the new trend does not suit my round face so I went to Queen St to exchange. A blonde girl (sorry I forgot your name) quickly understood what I’m after (minimalist, budget friendly while great coverage for my round face). She is friendly enough to let me play around with frames but also not be hesitant to give me recommendations when it came to frames that really suit me. I ended up buying a Michael Kors Sunny and absolutely loving it. She is amazing!

The customer service was wonderful and very helpful, providing style advice to suit face shapes. I don't feel badgered to purchase a product and had the space to freely browse.

We headed into the new Brisbane flagship store in Queen Street and had the best customer experience! Rhys took time to explain the process behind the scenes with three different sunglass brands and let my husband and I take our time picking out sunglasses. The energy and enthusiasm from everyone in the store, but especially Rhys, made this the best sunglasses purchasing (investment!) ever. Thanks team for your care and time!
