I came in today as a first time client, Anisa was the only one in the store who came and approached me and asked if I needed help. We went through a few pairs and definitely settled on pair I wanted. Great customer service!

Love their services. I am a regular customer to them and have bought a few sunnies and ray bans. The customer service is amazing. They are smart and understand what the customer exactly need. They recognise you by face. I once walked in to get my frame tightened and they did a complete service and cleaned my glasses for free. The gentleman I don’t remember the name of probably Paul is great. They have so many good collections and always make me feel like buying the whole shop. Poor me!

Went in to the city store to pick up two pairs of Rayban Clubmasters but only got the one pair but I ended up getting a pair of Clubmasters and a pair of Wayfarers on second pair off at 40% deal and the sales assistant who I spoke to on the phone and who served me, Alicia was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and super helpful! Seriously I haven’t had customer service like this in YEARS! And I’ve worked in retail and once had my own business and finding people like Alicia these days is really hard. Large and well laid out store in a very central location. Huge range of sunglasses to try on. Store assistants very helpful at narrowing down styles that suited our face shapes, budget and appearance preferences so we didn't feel overwhelmed by the huge number of choices. A really easy and enjoyable way to buy sunglasses.
