Not the best customer service, reach out via email as we don’t live close enough to go in.no response. Makes it hard to shop! Call up, either no answer or the owner (S) are incredibly rude.

Went on a day of formal dress shopping with my sister, called ahead to the store to ask if we needed a booking and was told that no they were just accepting walk in’s, so we walked in only to be told to write down our name and number and they’d message us when they were ready we went and got a coffee waiting for the text and 45 minutes later went to ask how long it would take and the lady assured us that we would be next went out and waited for a further 45 minutes and went in At 2: 30 to ask if we could come in later because I had a booking for 3 at another store and we wouldn’t have enough time to try on because there were so many dresses I wanted to try on but we were told that if we wanted to we had to come back later we’d have to wait again and we weren’t wasting another hour and a half sitting out front of the store doing nothing. I understand that it’s busy but it would have been nice to be told that over the phone or when we came in that it was going to be a wait so we could have gone somewhere else and it also would be nice since there’s a limited amount of people allowed in store that there should be a booking system in place so people aren’t waiting around for hours to try on a dress.

Entered store this morning with my mother and bridesmaid as I had fallen in love with a dress for my bridesmaid, I had seen previously. We were “Greeted” with no eye contact or acknowledgment from staff instead we were stared at. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and thus leaving the store without my dream dress. Disgusting service or their lack of.

Was so disappointed on my formal day when the mesh on the bottom of my dress was getting caught to every single thing on the floor and making me almost trip. $500 gone to waste. Also, not sure if it has changed since I have last entered the store, however, It took nearly 2 hours to try on dresses, the store needs more fitting rooms.

Rachael from Studio Minc was the most perfect employee for a dress shop. She fitted me honestly, alongside compliments as I tried each dress on for my formal. When we found the one I had to have, Rachael was more excited than my own Mum! She brought over pieces of jewellery that would make the dress look even more beautiful and my experience with her was amazing. I was comfortable with her and she was honest about which suited and which didn’t. THANK YOU RACHAEL! (and remember no hair ties on wrists for formal) ?

The Studio Minc boutique in the Gold Coast is absolutely impeccable. The range of gowns is unbelievable! There is truly something for everyone.
The ladies who assisted me today were absolutely incredible. They are so helpful with finding the perfect dress for you individually and making sure you feel beautiful wearing it.
I can’t wait to return later this year for my final fitting.

Just bought my formal dress from here and it is absolutely gorgeous! There is an amazing range of all kinds of dresses. The staff members were so amazing, welcoming and helpful with honest opinions helping me find this amazing dress! Could not have been happier with the experience as a whole!

I got my wedding dress from here and I could not be happier. The service I received was amazing. The ladies are so lovely and couldn’t help me enough. Amazing service since the moment we walked in. Ellie was lovely and was so welcoming and the whole experience I felt so comfortable and confident!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Giving great feedback along the way. The space was neat and tidy allowing for a painfree experience. The dresses were of great quality and they had huge amounts of stock for all sizes.

I had Sienna help me pick out my formal dress and she was very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful through the process

This store is absolutely gorgeous. Sienna served me and she was so kind and amazing at her job.

We took our daughter here for a formal fitting. Our assistant (Sienna) was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable with us. Prices here were very competitive compared to some of the other shops we had been to previously. My daughter was very happy with the purchase and service provided. JP

I walked into a wonderland. Everything was so organised and the dresses were displayed beautifully. Maddy was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very attentive and the dresses were a dream. They were good quality, good price and versatile. The service was amazing and I will be definitely coming back for another occasion.
