My daughter purchased her dream formal dress 5 months ago for her formal next week. Our initial appointment with Sienna was amazing and the show room is truly beautiful. Unfortunately my daughter had her dress altered back in Sydney (big mistake) and the dress was ruined. We reached out to Studio Minc for a replacement dress with less than 1 week to my daughter's formal and the response we received was IMMEDIATE! Maddie went above and beyond to help us. We contacted her at 9am and she not only organised to have the dress altered, she also had it on an express courier by 1pm the very same day so we would receive in Sydney the next day! Her customer service was outstanding with communication every step of the way, helping us with measurements over the phone, trying on dresses herself and on mannequins and sending photos of every step, she even went as far as sending us a video of our order being boxed up. She knew we were very stressed and anxious and she did everything she could to calm that stress, her customer service is second to none. I cannot thank Maddie enough, she was the sweetest person to deal with and so understanding, she is an absolute angel! I would have no hesitation in recommending Studio Minc to anyone, they honestly saved the day. Thank you Maddie

Not the best customer service, reach out via email as we don’t live close enough to go in.no response. Makes it hard to shop! Call up, either no answer or the owner (S) are incredibly rude.

It was one of the best experiences i’ve had trying on dresses for my special day! Been to other formal shops but nothing compares to STUDIO MINC, who has amazing staff and amazing dresses!

I was very excited to get the formal dress for Gala night and Studio Minc is absolutely perfect place to get amazingly beautiful dresses. Wanted to have 1 dress but left with 2 gorgeous dresses. Very good quality dresses! And the Studio it self is level up, dresses all nicely hanging so you can see and touch all of them, so much space in fitting room to try them on and staff was very helpful to fit me in those dresses Definitely going to buy more dresses from Studio Minc and will recommend this shop to everyone! My experience with Studio Minc was wonderful from booking an appointment to walking out of the studio with 2 very happy & excited daughters. The 3 staff that looked after my girls were so helpful, supportive & friendly which made our experience & decision so much easier. It is known that the most beautiful fashion in the world is born in Italy and that it influences the whole world and as an Italian, I can say that I was truly amazed by the splendor of Studio Minc, its clothes are shiny and the fit is incredible. A true fashion atélier!

Just straight amazingg! STUDIO MINC what a wonderful place to go shopping for formal dresses. The girls in the studio are just all gorgeous. They helped me into the most beautiful Midnight Mystery and so many other dresses. No matter how indecisive I was and scared or nervous about anything the girls assured me and complimented me straight from their hearts, in every dress I tried. They were patient and listened to everything I wanted and helped me find such a beautiful dress based off my vision and vibe. The use of accessories to help style up the dress you were wearing definitely helped when looking for the dream dress. Not to mention the showroom was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. I would definitely recommend going here for any event, the staff are lovely and are so helpful and made me feel so special in my dress that I chose. I will definitely consider coming back here in the future for other formal events or even maybe as a bride/ bridesmaid one day. Thank you so so much STUDIO MINC!? ️

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are so quick on their toes, and had such great suggestions to all my questions and offered a wide variety of choices when it came to dresses or jewellery.

Sienna assisted me today in finding my dream formal dress and my experience couldn’t have been better! She was so supportive and helpful and made me feel so beautiful in all the dresses I tried on. The atmosphere of the store is so peaceful and calming which makes your experience so much more enjoyable. At the end of my appointment when I had chosen my Midnight Angel dress, Sienna helped me accessorise and style the dress with earrings, clutches, and bracelets to bring the look together which I absolutely loved. Definitely recommend going here for the most amazing and special experience you won’t receive anywhere else!

The service was amazing! My daughter and I bought a formal dress within the first half an hour of being there. There is no pressure or feeling uncomfortable on what dress to buy. It was a very stress free and relaxing experience! We definitely recommend Studio Minc as the dresses are also beautiful!:)

Had the most amazing time shopping for a formal dress! Rachael was so lovely and so helpful! She made me feel gorgeous and was constantly complimenting me. She was fast and efficient and overall made my experience so worth while!

Went on a day of formal dress shopping with my sister, called ahead to the store to ask if we needed a booking and was told that no they were just accepting walk in’s, so we walked in only to be told to write down our name and number and they’d message us when they were ready we went and got a coffee waiting for the text and 45 minutes later went to ask how long it would take and the lady assured us that we would be next went out and waited for a further 45 minutes and went in At 2: 30 to ask if we could come in later because I had a booking for 3 at another store and we wouldn’t have enough time to try on because there were so many dresses I wanted to try on but we were told that if we wanted to we had to come back later we’d have to wait again and we weren’t wasting another hour and a half sitting out front of the store doing nothing. I understand that it’s busy but it would have been nice to be told that over the phone or when we came in that it was going to be a wait so we could have gone somewhere else and it also would be nice since there’s a limited amount of people allowed in store that there should be a booking system in place so people aren’t waiting around for hours to try on a dress.
