Amazing service!
The entire team was so attentive, it was obvious that they enjoyed their job. We went on a Friday evening when it was super busy but no matter which staff member you came across, they all smiled at you and made it their priority to serve us. The atmosphere was awesome and staff made sure the area was clean at all times.
Special shout out to Josh who looked after our group! He had awesome chat, his energy was contagious and he made our whole group laugh and enjoy ourselves. He was always there when we needed something and went out of his way to make us feel special.

Kristen has been absolutely amazing tonight! We could not have asked for a better host! She has been attentive and everything thing we have asked of her she has done with a smile! It’s really hard to find great customer service like this!

A great place to have a kids birthday party! The kids all had a terrific time and the staff took care of everything for me. The venue's atmosphere was better than expected - amazing lighting and good music. We did the laser tag and bowling but there is also mini golf, karaoke, and a bar.so we will have to return again soon to try those out! The staff are friendly and seemed happy to help, which is nice. Thanks so much for such a great experience.:)

Wait 30 minutes for two drink seperate orders which both went "missing" and had to be asked about before they were made. Ordered food hours later, two seperate orders again, which both took well over 45 minutes to arrive and had to be asked about before anyone started making them.

Booked an escape room for dads birthday. Escape room was good. However, the service was absolutely appalling. Rocked up early to do some bowling before the escape room. Ordered some drinks at the lane before we started bowling (in two separate orders) finished a whole game of bowling and was still waiting on drinks. After 45 minutes we had to go ask where our drinks were (for both orders) only to be told they lost the docket. A few hours later, we ordered food, again, in two separate order. Same thing happened with the food. We waited 1 hour and had to go ask for our food, and it was only then that they started making it. The manager blamed it on kitchen losing our order. I work in hospitality so I know that things go wrong sometimes, but to lose 4 seperate orders worth of the same people's orders is absolutely ridiculous and should never happen in the same night. Really disappointed.

After 30 minutes of waiting for drinks we asked about them and was told the order wasn't received. They then charged us again even though payment had been taken using their online ordering they push on you at the tables. After 10 minutes of trying to get them to understand that payment was taken and we had confirmation messages, they told us it was declined so payment didn't happen, but they were then somehow able to refund a declined payment?

Even after all of this it took another 20 minutes just to get the drinks so nearly an hour for a few drinks when there was hardly anyone at the venue.

Mia did a great job with my 9yo birthday party. The kids had a great time and the food was very yummy! All the kids also loved their party bags and the parents were happy with the vouchers and I am sure you will see them all over the school holidays!

Staff were lovely and approachable. All stations were wiped down after use. Ordering system works well, though if you order at one table and then move to another table and order again, it seems to take the first table number entered, it doesn't adjust to the QR code on the table.
Just keep an eye out for your drinks when using the app. Or just go order up at the bar.

A great night out all the same!

Hosted my mates 21st here and it was a complete success. The staff made me feel looked after, guided us through the whole process (Host directed us to the alley, helped serve cake, etc) and made an overall great night. As an added bonus, since I had booked 40 for, but only about 33 showed up, they transferred the missing guests into gift cards for a future visit. Excellent venue.

At first I really liked going to this bowling alley, the film's were cool, the aesthetic was on point, but then they added in the golf range, and suddenly what used to be a really chill, nice bowling alley felt really crowded and off putting. It also didn't help that the golf place was a) in the passage to get to the Lazer tag, karaoke, and TOILETS b) took up the majority of the aforementioned hallway C) had a queue that took up the rest of the hallway and d) wasnt even that fun to play. A great place, just get rid of the gold thing please.

Overall an easy and enjoyable Bucks night activity!

Even with unavoidable tech issues with the escape rooms, the staff members were super accommodating and went out of their way to make our time enjoyable!

Little expensive in general but worth it all things considered.

Holey Miley is a little disappointing due to the cramped setup. Food and drink good. Would go again.

The puzzles themselves were fun, but the staff were way to busy with many other things, like greeting oe monitoring us. As the price costs the same as everywhere else, I would much prefer to go somewhere that they can give us full attention. The place is just way too under staffed.

I have been here 3 times and the first time was when there were no people, we had a fantastic experience. Loved it!

The next two times the venue was crowded and we had the worst experience ever, twice in a row. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Although the person serving our food was very polite.

I complained about the staff and service on their webpage the first time when I had a bad experience and they offered me a free game voucher, I decided to pay back the favour buy buying food and drinks for the same ticket amount at least.

Before the game we ordered food and waited 10 minutes for the people before us to finish their game. The food never reached us, 15 minutes later an employee asks us to hurry up our game. Why? I wanted to continue with another game, can’t I finish the first to go the counter and buy another? Why wasn’t I given the option to do that by the employee? So should I be enjoying the time or looking at the watch to make sure I go back to the counter and keep renewing every 10 minutes.

Upon asking about the food he had the audacity to tell us to finish our game and wait to have the food outside. I cancelled any plans to continue another game at the venue. We got the food after 25 minutes with a very polite apology which was good but there was no point in staying anyways.

Never going back again. Have been here with 4 people in these two visits and we all didn’t like the experience we had here.

Will surely take my business elsewhere.

Hi, I attended your Wintergarden location last night and wanted to provide feedback on what was a disappointing experience. I will say I've been to this location twice times in the last six months and usually the service, food and experience is fantastic, but this time it was far from what I've seen in the past. I was there for a work event and on arrival the person at the front desk was not engaged, seemed put out by us being there, and didn't clearly explain the time allotted to us for use of our lane. We moved on to order food and despite four people being behind the counter, the service was slow. There was a period where we had to repeat ourselves five times because the person serving wasn’t listening, but after the fifth time we were starting to get frustrated and that was met with attitude. Once at the lane food was brought out fast and the quality was fantastic. But once there we felt rushed even though we had to wait for a previous party to leave, and at the end of our game we were basically hurried along by a lingering staff member who made us all uncomfortable. Im disappointed. We will probably book our next event somewhere else but I hope the next time we return it's a much greater experience.

We had a event over at Holey Moley last Christmas hosted by Erin, and were absolutely surprised and delighted have her look after us again this past weekend at Strike - always there exceeding expectations and doing it with a massive smile on her face. You can tell how much she loves her job, she really is an incredible representation of the brand! Give this woman a raise or a promotion or something - she deserves it!

Our family of 2ad & 2ch (13 & 10yrs) enjoyed the escape rooms and ten pin bowling at the Winter Garden. Always enjoy visiting. We appreciated the vouchers for a second escape room due to a malfunction with clues in first room. Happy to say we made it out alive from our 2nd escape room attempt. Lots of fun.

Great Customer Service. Prompt and clear communication and refund following the lock down directive this weekend. Will be back!

We loved our time in karaoke last time we went. Controls were easy to navigate. Great song selection. Awesome space!
