Stratco

Bought a HT-6799 cabinet in Oct with a shelf bracket and lock cover missing. The store lady was very helpful to source a replacement bracket but no luck on the lock cover. Great customer service but needs to improve on product quality control. Also, the installation instructions provided in the package was for HW-12937 cabinet. Since the dimensions of the two cabinets are identical, I believe the lock cover was left out during the packaging process. Disappointed.

Was very helpful when wanting to choose a patio and deck. Plans were drawn up then and there including a quote

Didn't get what we ordered, even after specifying in RED on the plans. Monumental stuff up. Wanted corrugated profile but got Trimdeck. Not happy!

Very poor delivery service. Just dump everything including small parts in the box on the footpath with open view without a phone call or message. Called back to the store, spoke to two separate staff who obviously have no idea eventually got to the manager but they can’t do anything other than offer an apology. Understandable if they have to leave stuff on the footpath if there is any restrictions to the property, but at least a courtesy phone call or message. Very poor performance!

Great staff, answered all enquiries and showed some other options I had not considered. Very competent and friendly team

Taking my business elsewhere.

Have to constantly chase staff, including the manager, when trying to rectify issues.

They do not email or call you back unless it involves you handing over more money.

I am still chasing parts that didn't come with my order and they have twice sent me parts that are incorrect.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Awesome products and prices and super fast delivery. Will continue to shop at Stratco.

Went here today and the showroom is closed. No information on their website. Wouldn't bother with this company again. Time wasted.

Terrible service, disorganised and rude. Staff had no idea of their products or how to service customers.

Placed an order and what told it would be here. Have rang the number 3 times and no return call. Do not deal with Stratco there after sales is non existent. They get your money and then dont care

Very helpful! I first went onto the website and chatted with their customer service team who was able to find the parts I needed and get them sent to my local store. They arrived quickly and the store team notified me to collect. Great service!

Don't know how they make money, quite a few staff yet not really interested in helping you out. Retail prices are really expensive, do a lot of metal flashings, maybe that keeps there head above water.reminds me more of a 2 dollar shop but nothing' is 2 dollars.

Guys here are great they sit you down an help with garages, sheds and carports, add on for the house everything, so drop in get what you need without the hassle.

Promotions are falsely advertised for them to up sell products to customers. Customer’s be aware.

Purchased a $4k outdoor Patio under a promotion and was told we were not eligible for a free BBQ so the salesman said if we buy a BBQ that day they would give us a good deal. A few months down the track we get a free BBQ cover for a BBQ that apparently we weren’t eligible for according the salesman once I called back he tells me we shouldn’t have gotten the free cover even though it looks like headquarters Stratco see that we should have gotten a free BBQ.

The Archerfield Stratco store will tell you anything to buy more products. Customers be warned.

Straco fencing is probably the best on the market. You can customise everything to suit your needs. My property had a few issues! But was able to fix them with the incredible helpful staff and products on offer. Would definitely order through them again.

The sales person - Nathan Crook was awesome. Helped us order a Car port. Very friendly and great sense of humour. Definitely an asset for the company. Management should reward staff like him.
