If you have a choice, do not use this business. Ring a 1800 number, doesnt go straight to the office. Never get a call back. Finally drove in myself. Took my order and paid for it. Emailed a couple of weeks later, no reply. Finally found out my stuff sitting there for 2 weeks. Sent wife to pick up, yard too small to swing around in.left her standing there wondering what was going on. Very poor customer service

Stratco Toowoomba outsources their outdoor blinds. In this case they sent Precision Patios to measure what was required. They came out twice as I was waiting for their quote. The person they sent kept asking on two occasions which of the two designs that I wanted. I said to send me the quote for both designs for me to make up my mind. They have lost this contract now. Look at all the negative reviews that they have been getting.

Dont bother trying to call.takes ages to answer and is not the local store but a call center with no idea of the product ranges of this store. Way too long to wait when trying to get served on site.i wonder how this store stays in business

Very helpful to the trades, very popular destination for most tin building materials, team is always working as efficiently as possible

When I ring my local stratco number, that's who I want to talk to, not some useless person in a call centre who has no idea what your talking about. Get rid of this stupid idea of a call centre, it's ridiculous.
