I ordered a kerosene heater through click and collect and picked it up the next day. It was ready for me and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful, even carrying the heater and drum of kero to the car for my husband.very happy driving back to Lowood

Very rude over the phone, trying to get through to Toowoomba store 3 times in succession was an impossible task for whoever was manning the phone. Is it no wonder the rating result and their loss of customers

Had an amazing experience purchasing a garden shed from the team at Stratco Toowoomba. They were on point and exceptionally friendly to deal with! Very impressed I will be back for sure!

Closing in an outdoor area using Stratco slats, when ordering slats was told my measurements were wrong and their formula was used. After waiting weeks for the slats we were short of slats. Again we had to re order more slats and when they arrived they were scratched, dented and unusable.
When contacted the only response was do you want to order more for x amount.
Bloody woeful.

We got exactly what we wanted at a good price. I'm surprised by the range of products at Stratco, I thought they just sold sheds and carports. They had privacy fencing, raised garden beds and potting mix, submersible pumps, gutter guards and bird deterrents plus a whole lot more.

Great, Staff were friendly and helpful. I obtained the prop I need for a safety feature at home. They even helped me carry my purchase to my ute.

Parking available and handy pick up area. Staff are friendly to sort job needs. Most goods on display.

Yes, the Toowoomba store i find to have extremely good staff, they are only to eager to assist with any ideas that you have concerning your building matters. I have bought quite a few things from them and always leave knowing they have helped me.

I don't usually buy a lot of hardware, but when I do, I make sure I check out Stratco first. The service is impeccable and the whole team are friendly and knowledgeable. I could chat to Dan for hours.

Could be a good hardware store if there was a change of attitude. Grumpy female. Been there 3 times, slow service then attitude. Wont ever bother going back. It’s a shame when they have good products but can’t back it with a positive, helpful demeanour.

Extremely poor service. We asked Stratco to quote on a shed and a garage for our home. They informed us that we would be contacted by one of their agents. One agent called but did not turn up. When we followed up with Stratco, they told us they were sorry there had been no follow up, but did nothing to rectify the situation. We have gone with a competitor. I would not ever do business with Stratco.

Fantastic service. Only needed a few sheets and salesman found damaged ones, which suited what we needed them for, and worked out a good deal

I usually dread using this store. Slow service. Getting in phone contact was pretty much impossible. However today only had to wait five minutes to be switched from the 1300 nr to the toowoomba store. Good and helpful service today. Well done if it continues
