NORTH SHORE is by far the best gym! The staff are amazing and very friendly, which plays a big factor in a gym environment! The new equipment is fantastic & the layout and size of the gym is awesome.

I’m not a very social person but find everyone at Strand Fitness to be inviting and helpful. The range of classes during the week means I can make the most of my membership by planning my week around my favourite classes. The Crèche is amazing and the kids love going. Best gym in Townsville!

Best gym in Townsville hands down. Especially good because it caters to people living in the outer suburbs. Always good customer service. They're always offering new group sessions, challenges, and buying new equipment. They actually care for and respect their clients!

I love this gym, staff friendly, equipment regularly updated. The feel is always a good vibe, when I first started at the gym I felt very welcomed and not intimidated. I like the set up of the gym floor and the rooms for yoga and different classes. I also use the child minding which I love but they dont offer fridays and I wish it was a little longer than an hour of minding for those longer sessions you do. However I like that I have the choice to use the gyms at different locations and everything that they both offer. Its an awesome gym, I hope parents could get a little more from the child minding.

Strand Fitness North Shore has all you need to get your fitness fix; wide range of Les Mills GF, pilates, yoga and huge range of cable/plate loaded machines.

Amazing gym in a fantastic area for people a little further out of town! Highly recommend heading in to talk to the lovely sale consultants and signing up! Its now or never.

Couldn't reccomend this gym anymore. The staff are always so friendly and the gym is always clean.

Not recommended. Every gym in Townsville offers early exit for Defence members posting but not strand fitness, making it very difficult to move memberships around. The gym is quite over rated
