Strand Fitness North Shore

North Shore is a lovely new gym, staff are beautiful and I love the sometimes quietness of the gym. Again very stylish gym with everything you’d want and need in a gym.

Super sleepy gym feel. This is my favourite out of the three in Townsville.spacious and quality equipment!

Great gym love the new massage room absolutely tranquil. Infared sauna. Booty workout gym. Great classes and equipment.

Strand Fitness is by far the best gym in Townsville! Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff. North shore has a great upstairs cardio area and everything you need. Kristy at north shore always has a smile on her face and makes the gym very welcoming.

Absolutely love Strand Northshore! The crèche is amazing, and the staff make it feel like your family. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Lots equipment and really friendly and helpful staff the equipment and the surroundings are always kept very clean and in service always enjoy coming to work out here, not to mention their mirrors have the ability to make me look bigger than I really am

I've been doing gym work and PT and Martial arts teaching for over 20 years and strand fitness in Townsville (north shore) is not a big gym but has everything you need to achieve your goals and the trainers are excellent and will take you beyond.

Excellent gym! Plenty of room and facilities would definitely recommend this place and thank you very much to Lydia for showing me thru the place and getting me all set up to start training again your Awesome!

Strand Fitness North Shore is in a great location. The staff are super friendly and always greet you the second you walk in. The gym is always kept clean and tidy. All the equipment is in great condition and easy to use. Best gym I’ve been to.

I love Strand Fitness North Shore! The place is always spotless, with lots of inspiring music and visuals, and plenty of equipment for everyone to use, even at the busiest of times. The crew members are very welcoming. The creche is staffed by professional and friendly people and has a range of engaging activities for the kids. It's located right near a host of local shops and parks too.

Best in Townsville from the moment you walk in the door. Staff are friendly and professional and equipment is first rate and gym goers are friendly. Great atmosphere.

This gym is a 1 in a million gym. The staff are the absolute best and are very welcoming. They care about you and get concerned when you don’t turn up. Been at 2 different gyms prior and their atmosphere doesn’t compare to Strand. Donnie from iron gate fitness is one of the best personal trainers out too. The broad range of equipment, classes and and the facilities are to die for.
