First time shooter at South Ripley SSAA & Found everything about the place fantastic from signing in to meeting & using the facilities. Cannot wait to become a full member & start coming on a regular basis.

One of the best in the Brisbane area.
Amamoor creek (wattle grove park) if you don’t mind the drive is still my preferred ssaa range.

Epic range and and great ro's very friendly and welcoming, had a great morning shooting the rifle range. Attached target from 100m and 200m first 5 cold bore shots with the warwick WFA1 300blk out

Used to be a good range. Changed staff to ignorant arrogant upstarts who know nothing about shooting or shooters. Treat people like they are nobodies. Very disrespectful

The person who replies to questions on their Facebook page is clearly socially a bit 'awkward' and doesn't understand how to politely reply to a request for clarification.

We went there today for there cannon and mortar day, we had an absolute blast, excuse the pun:) the staff were amazing took the time to explain the history of everything there, fully engaged our kids that were a little shocked to the sounds, and mad us feel extremely welcome. Thanks guys!

What's the point being member when u can't do anything at this range? Booked in for clays went there "sorry competition is on" come back next weekend, guess what same thing, sick of being available for $$$ guys not for all members, won't be back for sure sick of arogantan staff

A great place to go and try shooting with amazing advice and supervision. You can do rifle pistol and even skeet shooting.

Visited with member son for a couple of hours on the clay pigeon range. Very well organised, great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Went out to find information very helpful the club house looks good well laid out, and full of stock for peoples needs. A lot of work being done. The members will be happy when everything is finished.

Nice local range, good rifle and pistol qualification areas, clean, tidy, convenient. Toilets and showering area. Scenery is nice too. Fyi, little to no phone reception. Please stick to the speed limit on the private road otherwise it gets ripped up.

The crew and ROs here make it a pleasure to drive an hour past my local range to shoot here. Great pricing, well situated away from suburban area. Could only be improved with a long range but there is a rumour that one is being discussed. That will be a great addition. Well done guys. Great range.

We’ve been here 6 times and every other time has been great. The whole Facebook booking is a bit confusing if you’re doing it for the first time. Tried to book by filling out the only form they had on the page with all our details on it. Got to the range and apparently although the form we had filled out had the details needed it was the wrong form and a simple name and session was expected instead. Just wish we got an email back letting us know this before hand instead of getting to the range and have them say they were confused so didn’t book us in. 2 hours of driving for nothing.

Good range, nice people that run it but fairly basic amenities - everything you need to shoot but nothing else. Really not that far away.

Shotgun closed still? Time to get over the corona stuff and get back to work, if they can jam woolies to capacity the range should ve running

Great range, range officers are always helpful and easy to talk to. Also are happy to help you out where they can which is great.

Definatly coming to this one more often and has become our regular place.

All officials are super helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Range is clean and well set up. Even though i live closer to other ssaa ranges, i will continue to drive the bit extra to Ripley range as the experience is so much better.

Friendly staff and safe gun practice at all times, and you can buy most ammunition types on premises

Haven't been shooting that often, seems all run professionally and safety at the highest priority.
