This day care blows the rest out of the water the attention to detail is next level especially emphasising our tropical lifestyle here in the tropics with comfortable indoor play and outdoor water areas with plentiful shade, nutrition and hygiene are an absolute priority and the operators have left nothing out for any child not to have a sense of belonging at this modern next level daycare.

My 3 year old son loves going to small steps. From the moment we enter his classroom he's quick to say goodbye to me.
He's made lots of friends and loves his educators. He runs up to them and gives them a big warm hug. The director and educators are so welcoming and easy to talk to. They're very thorough with every incident involving my child. Whether it's a scratch, bump, a milestone archived, I've been notified. I love it when I get personalised notifications regarding my son. I feel like he's treated as an individual and not just another number. I talk to the educators, and we come up with a plan to be consistent with routines like toilet training and so on. The facility has amazing outdoor play areas that help my son with coordination, exploring, and problem solving. He loves it so much!

We’ve been at Small Steps for nearly 6months now and from our very first day I knew we had made the right decision. For us, it’s all about the people. The team at Small Steps Academy are absolute super stars at what they do. The love, care and attention that my son receives is 2nd to none! Every single staff member, whether they are the main carers for my son or not - know everything about him and what his individual needs are. They are hard working, passionate, genuine people that truly love and care for our children. It takes very special people to do the job that they do, and to the standard in which they do it. Childcare and education is an under acknowledged and under valued industry that deserves so much more credit.
Everything starts at the top with management and flows right through each and every staff member - the culture of team work and high standards, sprinkled with love and kindness is so evident every day I drop and collect my son. We are so grateful for each and person at this centre.

I absolutely love how supportive the community at small steps are. All the educators and staff are kind, compassionate and will only have your child's best interests at heart. Both my children absolutely love this center with my oldest begging to go for vaccination care in the holidays. I can not express enough how grateful I am to have the caring support of these amazing people.
