Amazing daycare they have always shown extreme care for our son, even calling us when he has only bumped his head. They are his second family

Everything in the Small Steps Academy is brand new and fresh. Food is always different and nice. Rachael and her team are so dedicated to their job. I am so glad to have my little one taken care by them. They deserve a big thumb up!

From the first time we set foot into the small steps for a look around, we knew this place was where our daughter would be attending. The educators are second to none and the facility is amazing for kids of all ages. Our little girl lights up with a huge smile when she sees the girls and leave with an even bigger smile at the end of the day! Highly recommend

Small steps has been amazing for myself and my family. The staff are so nurturing and loving towards our little guy and we couldn't ask for a better team to care for him. Our son attends small steps academy and I can’t begin to express how much he loves going to daycare. Our son has a medical condition, and a safe environment is imperative in our choice of daycare provider. In fact we have switched from other centres in the past if safety was ever in question. The staff are wonderful at creating a safe and engaging environment for him. The care and attention he receives and that I see other children receive is second to none. Both my children attend (6 months and 3 year old) the difference in my child is amazing compared to previous centre. Drop off is easy with no tears and comes home so happy.

Staff communicate really well and call straight away if any issues arise.

Love this place, yards are amazing, team is amazing, local owners who are always there for everyone and anyone, just the best family based service. Which is hard to find nowadays with all the big corporations and businesses going up everywhere. I love being here

Small steps is such a Beautiful centre with the most caring, talented and passionate staff members. The outdoor environments are the best I’ve seen, allowing children to explore and test their skills whilst conquering new ones!

I am so happy to have found a day care that is like a second home for my son. My son absolutely loves attending. The educators are amazing, kind, creative and welcoming. We love the curiosity approach and how it has helped my son to explore in a safe and happy environment. Very happy parent and wouldn’t want my son to go else where.

A beautiful nurturing atmosphere is the immediate sense I feel walking in, it truely brings the phrase “home away from home” to life. An amazing management team followed by dedicated and caring staff who all go above and beyond for the children in their care. My son just finished vacation care with small steps and came home every afternoon excited and ready for the next day! Amazing centre, amazing staff! I love this place!

What beautiful centre! The moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by the wonderful educators who's care factor is outstanding The centre itself feels like home and the educators encourage the children to explore their curiosity and grow their imagination.
