Thanks Skate Connection. Similar to other reviews we turned up late not really knowing what we needed. Scooter all fixed and customised for a reasonable price. One very happy young lady.

Bought scooters for my boys as birthday presents on different occasions and found staff friendly, patient and helpful. Good quality products too.

I placed an incorrect order at 10: 55pm I sent an email at 12: 53am from their online ticket process once I realised the order was incorrect, in the ticket I ask to have my order cancelled as it was incorrect, they did not reply to my request until 1: 34pm the next day stating that the order was already shipped, however I got shipping information at 12: 25pm, coincidence that they sent off the incorrect order then soon after reply to my request being unable to help, I think not. Unsure what store this has happened at so I am placing this review on multiple stores until this is sorted, then I will happily remove.

This store is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really know a lot about skate boarding, roller blading and protective equipment. There is a great range of apparel and shoes. Definitely worth a look.

Claiming to be open we drove an hour to the store, apon arrival it was closed. False advertising and should pay more attention for the consideration of customers!

Took my 12yr old son in to spend his Xmas vouchers on his first custom build. He was served by Chloe, and she was absolutely amazing with him. Spoke to him directly as he was the customer, not me, and showed him the different options he had and helped him with his choices to put together a basic scooter. Smashing service, thanks Chloe.

My friend and I went to this store to look at Rollerblades, we arrived around 30 minutes before closing. I had no idea what skates to get, or which size I was.
One of the staff members, Claudia, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. She took the time to go through the brands with us, was very attentive and offered great advice (with a smile). Absolute angel.

Can not say the same about skate connection at chermside.

I and my friend went to the shop last Saturday, 26 November 2022 around 4: 55pm, to check out some roller skates. We didn't realise that the shop closes at 5pm. But Chloe, the sales attendant was so kind to assist us although it means that she is going over 5pm on a Saturday. We are so impressed by her customer relations and how she really knows the products she is selling. She is so kind and really helped us out to pick the right size of roller skates, including the gears. 100% recommended.

Such an easy experience.

We took our 4 and 7 y/o's in for some safety gear and the team member was more than awsome, our girls were sorted in no time. Thanks heaps.

The North Lakes store is one of many in this successful FAMILY business, but we believe has one of there best ranges of scooters and accessories. We are proud to supply them since day 1. There knowledge, passion and understanding for scooters is excellent. Hit them up for your next set up and check there range of custom scooters too.

Went there for just a browse however they have a huge range of products and customer service was great ad they wasted no time to see if we needed help with anything. One day I will buy roller blades and it will be from this shop

Big thank you to the team at Skate Connection North Lakes for going above & beyond in the search for roller skates for my daughter. The original pair we ordered were too small. They managed to source another pair in her preferred colour & the right size within a few days & transferred them to the Sunshine Coast store to save us a trip back to Brisbane. Also very impressed with Chuffed skates & their customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from Nick, knew his stuff and made my son and I feel comfortable and educated when ee bought a new scooter and helmet this morning

Went here with my daughter so she could buy her first skate board. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke with her about what she wanted and not me. This made the whole experience so much better for her and she walked out with what she wanted and felt like she was ten foot tall.
