Sensationails Toombul - WORST nail salon I've been too. Was told $45 for clear acrylics. Sat down she slapped on the nails and acrylic was very rough and burnt my nail bed with the machine multiple times. She kept making comments about how short I wanted my nails. I asked to have the acrylics filed off from under my nails because there was a big build up and she had a problem doing that too. By the end my nails were crooked and sore and covered in super glue and acrylic. I get to the counter and she tried to charge me $60, I said no you quoted $45. She then proceeded to tell me $50 because i got shellac (apparently the clear coat was shellac) I refused because i wasn't told it was shellac nor was it extra and ended up paying $45 but they were very rude about it and not worth that much. Will never be back and won't recommend to anyone.

Ladies are so lovely and listen to what you want they will go out of there way to help you and make you feel comfortable. They shape the nail perfectly and they have soooo many colours to choose from. Been coming for a few months now definitely book in

Waited over an hour while seated with my feet in cold water till someone assisted me. Customers before me had been and gone. Staff were rude, and careless. If you can go anywhere else I urge you do.

One of the better "cheap" pedicure places I have found. Very fast, but decent job considering the $35 price. Would return to the Chermside location.

Wouldn't go back there. My nails came off after a week bc they started to rot around the sides which was gross. Had my nails done somewhere else and they lasted a month

Very rushed job, went it for a refill. She ended up ripping half of them off with tweezers things which hurt and was unnecessary, when filing she drew blood a few times and just laughed it off. Uneven nails and cut them super short after asking for just a little off. Said the only way to fix was to pay extra for plastic length. Didn’t clean the glue or shellac off my fingers at the end either. Will not return or cannot recommend.

Asked for short and round nails, they ended up being long, skinny and pointy. When I pointed this out, I was told “they look like mine, they look good. ” They’re all uneven lengths and shape, very unimpressed.

Definitely not coming here again! I would have done a more professional job myself! Spent my money on a half ass job and got eye rolls from the staff too!

DONT GO HERE - there are other choices. $50 for a very painful half arse job! Will never come here again! Guy is who did my nails plunged
my feet into freezing cold water (didn’t bother checking first), then every time I spoke with him I got a curt “what - I’ve done that” reply. Didn’t massage my feet - only my leg while my feet were waiting for water to thaw.couldn’t find the colour I chose then was angry with me - save your money Go anywhere. Not here

Horrible customer service! Lady forgot to paint on of my nails and then just left me sitting there without telling me she had finished. Will never come back here again!

I love this shop so much! It took me a long time to find a salon who did my nails the way I like them. Very good job and great service too! Thanks girls

Friendly efficient service)
I had regular Polish and didn't feel rushed waiting for the Polish to dry.in fact the staff put my massage chair back on while i waited - thanks guys!
10/10 will be coming back

If I could rate it sub zero I would do. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have been in doing my nails. The staff were careless and racist. Unfortunately I will never repeat this experience any where in Australia. Can't wait to go back to my country and do it professionally.

Do NOT go here unprofessionalism at the highest, I was asked to come back in 15mins for a pedicure, I go away and come back and they say they cannot do it. The incompetence and lack of structure is deplorable. I've read reviews that were negative about this store but I decided to give it a try as other stores have been ok. I will NOT return nor recommend this store based on the fact they can't get a booking right, Christ only knows how bad the pedicure would of been

Terrible service. Made me wait when I was there first. Didn't take nail polish off properly and used old tools (file, clippers etc.). I will never go back there and you shouldn't either.

I have been going to chermside shop and most of the time happy compared to price and quality you get.

Asked/ paid for gel. Gave me just normal nail polish. Been here 4 times, only happy once. Never going back.

WORST NAILS IVE EVER HAD! Within the first week the shellac had chipped off massively on 3 nails, they accidentally painted my toenails and fingernails 2 different (but similar) colours, took forever, had several different girls switch over to work on them and the coffin shape I chose are uneven. Actually ridiculous.

I did not like how the workers didnt engage in conversations let alone offer anything to read and go past time with. They didnt paint my nails properly. There is still glue all over my fingers. I wouldnt pay any money to get them done there again! Thanks

Mango Hill salon- Did not apply shellac properly, only covered some of the nail. Clipped most of my nail off. Asked what shape I would like but did not file to my request. Would not return!
