Fist time going and i love the outcome of my acrylics, the lady working on me did slightly file my skin which has left a stinging feeling, but for the price i’ll be going again

I'm not one to leave a review, however I want to warn other clients about my experience. Not only did the nail technician leave me with two bleeding fingers and a decent gash (which she continued to put alcohol/polish remover on), but she and another staff member were also incredibly rude to me. And they charged me extra $$ to what I was told I would be charged. The final product isn't even worth the cut fingers - my nails are uneven and different shapes.

Will not be coming back, nor would I recommend to anyone else.

The team at Sensationails are always very friendly and do a fantastic job. My family and I have been coming to Sensationails for many years now. Unfortunately I have witnessed some very rude and racist behaviour towards the staff and they have always continued to act with the upmost professionalism.

I had a bad experience when I went there for the 1st time. I asked for gel nails. The lady was so fast and not careful at all. Ruined my nails.
This time I decided to go back there but I asked opinion 1st about how to do my nails. The lady (different from last time) suggested manicure with shellac. And I said yes. It was really professional and careful with her work, I loved the result!

Just shocked by the way these girls treat their customers. No friendly greeting. No basic communication. Just continual talk amongst themselves in their own language. Basic requests were ignored. Sadly their behaviour to their clients is so un Australian and I’m refusing to be treated in this way again. I’ll not be returning

Always a wonderful experience at sensationails Toombul. I have been coming here for many years now. Wendy and all the staff are amazing. Highly recommend.

I had a spa pedicure and it was awful. I sat for 15 minutes before anyone came over to me. The water was cold and the spa was not turned on. During the pedicure, the staff member spent the whole time talking to the staff member next to her and kept stopping what she was doing and turning to her to talk further and use hand gestures. The worst pedicure and experience I’ve ever had at a nail place. I would not recommend to anyone

Got a fake nail and they bruised my fingers and cut them now my fingers are really swollen and hurt.

Love going to the Toombul shop. Never had a bad experience, always do a great job and very accommodating. All the girls are lovely

I have been getting my nails done at Sensationails Toombul for over 2 years and have always found them to be fabulous. I find them very efficient, friendly and having had my nails done for about 25 years, I find the quality of their service, excellent.

Was my first time here and I love it, will definitely be coming back. The staff are friendly and they did a fantastic job with my nails

I have been going to Sensationails at Toombul for a long time now and have never ever left the salon not feeling 100% satisfied. The fact that I get so many compliments from strangers about how lovely my French finished finger nails look i think speaks for itself. The staff never fail to acknowledge me when I arrive. These people complaining about waiting for an hour - why are they still waiting? After 10min why haven't they got one of the staff's attention and enquired about the wait time and maybe gone and done some shopping. As for complaining about the quality of the workmanship for goodness sake if you aren't happy why wait to go home and waste your time writing a bad review. Say something at the time and give the technician an opportunity to rectify the alleged problem. This business like so many others will have suffered very badly in the recent economic and health crisis and the fact that the same beautiful faces smile back at me when I go in makes me extremely happy. Keep up your excellent work (especially Wendy)

The lady was rushing and did not even communicate the whole time. Did a horrific job at shaping the nails. Have bumpy surfaces and poor finish to my nails. Wouldnot reccommend to anyone. Waste of time and money

This is my favourite hands down nail salon.
Friendly staff, sit back and relax and they do a fantastic job and I’ve never had a bad experience. They offer a loyalty program as well

Thank god I saw the reviews while in the pedi chair. Wall said $45 - they quoted me $50. I sat down and she burnt my feet with the water, absolutely ridiculously hot. While it was still running I got up and left. There was no plastic to protect your feet from bacteria and the pedi bath was disgustingly dirty.

Best ever pedicure and SNS. Massage was heaven, nails are beautiful. Excellent service. Greeted with a bottle of water and very friendly staff. Thank you

TOOMBUL LOCATION: The worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. All my nails were crooked and uneven, I ended up filing my own nails into a coffin shape to ensure they all MATCHED. I was there for over an hour, left with thick and lumpy acrylics and no top clear coat. Would not recommend EVER.
