Great service, great price and speedy delivery which arrived with everything I had ordered. My son just loves his new scooter. Would recommend scooter village for any purchase of a new scooter, parts or accessories.

My 8-year-old boy loves it. He used to have a razor and loves how smooth this rides. The wheels make a huge difference! He's attempted a few tricks but has constantly said how much he loves it. He's had a Micro Maxi and a Razor and so far this is his favourite. It arrived quickly and the quality is fantastic!

The delivery was much quicker than I was expecting. This was a Christmas gift for my nephew and I had it ready with a month to spare. The communication was amazing, I received several emails throughout the process. The scooter was great and delivered as you said you would but the packages was very poor and it looked like someone kicked it multiple times and delivered it but overall thankful you didn’t scan us and stuff but the scooter is great I’m riding it and I’m enjoying it too I’ll would give this 9 out of 10 I didn’t rate it ten because of the box but yeahh

My 6yo wanted a scooter for her birthday. After digging around online, I thought I'd just go see these guys. Excellent service. The moment I walked in the door I got a friendly greeting and helpful questions. Walked out 5 minutes later with exactly what I needed. Well done, SV. She loves the scooter and your stickers are already proudly plastered across helmets, decks and wherever else she could think to put them.

The package was lost, while you had clearly upheld your side of the bargain and sent it on time using Express Post, Australia Post managed to throw a spanner into the works. While we did not get the scooter, we were very happy that our situation was promptly dealt with and our money refunded in time for us to source a scooter for my son from elsewhere. We had a deadline to meet so, unfortunately, were unable to wait.

I love my scooter (Ethic Artefact v2 $300) but I selected after pay and then latter found out that it dint work and I had $300 gone that I needed for rend and I got express postage but it took 3 days.express post was onLy meant to take 1 day but other than that it is a good scooter shop.
