It's a very nice place. The staff is very kind and I think it's a great facility. However, I don't think it's for beginners. The drop-in is very expensive, but the coach is very good at scooters.

Do not buy from this business. My kid got wheels and when the broke I had to go get them. Week when I got there they told us none were in stock. Even after telling them we were coming in. Got nothing but attitude. Absolute rip offs

Ordered a envy clamp they sent me a fasen one completely different and it doesn’t even fit my scooter

My first advice is DO NOT ORDER A SCOOTER from this company! My son ordered a $850 scooter at the beginning of March, the order was place & sent out via Australia Post and it’s been missing since! The customer service is appalling, they do not communicate with you! You have to do all the chasing up with them. It is now the 27th March & still NO SCOOTER. We have asked for a refund - that hasn’t happened. They keep giving us the - Australia post “Protocol “! Had I read the reviews before my son had placed the order, I would not have allowed him to order from this company. Scooter Village- GIVE MY SON BACK HIS MONEY!

Staff were helpful we left with a scooter and helmet for our 4yr old. Plenty of choices and they have a warehouse the kids can actually use their scooters and bikes.

Great staff, very informative and helpful got the information we needed and have purchased online. Easy transaction and delivery was so quick.

AMAZING Customer service and product knowledge! I made a mistake with an online order. Only one phone call needed and Dylan had correct my error and offered fantastic advice on what I needed. With same day postage (express postage) on a Tuesday and received in Nth QLD by Friday lunch! Keep up the great work team!

I recently ordered two new scooters for my children unfortunately one scooter was completely different to what to ordered so I called them up and explained I had received the wrong one and they fixed it up and sent the correct scooter out that afternoon and night recieved the next day. These guys I would highly recommend as there customer service is awesome and they are extremely good to deal with. 10/10 in my books

Can’t speak highly enough of Chris at Scooter Village. He responded to all my emails promptly and gave me expert advice and assistance in building my son a new custom Scooter for his Birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and his customer service was second to none. Thanks again Chris for all your help, you are a legend! Highly recommended.

Great shop and online store. Ordered a helmet for my Toddler turned out was too big. They were more than happy to exchange in store when I was back down in Brisbane. Great customer service. My toddler also wanted to go join the fun in the indoor skatepark.

I bought new bars and grips for my son. They were adverrtised as having free fitment so I clicked Yes please. They arrived not fitted. Very dissapointing

I ordered a new deck from these guys lovely people always active on Instagram quick service knows there stuff all ways happy too reply when not busy amazing customer service will definitely buy from these guys again and also they always have the products in before most other stores have them in so hats off too that
