RSPCA World For Pets, Wacol

It's great you can take your animals into the store for sizing etc. The staff are really helpful. The stock is fantastic. We have a giant breed and RSPCA World for Pets was the only store we could get things big enough for him. The prices are excellent too. I found them cheaper in comparison to Petbarn

Lots of stock. A little overpriced but it's okay because it's the RSPCA. Great service from Jordan. She's very knowledgeable and kind.

A huge RSPCA base, the store is fairly diverse in it's products and animal variety regarding products.

Ordered a dog lead online on Sunday and it arrived on Friday in time when I needed it on Saturday in NSW. Prompt and very happy with their service.

Just love the pet store. Everything you need for you pet. The coffee shop is also very good. And, if you want a pet please look at the animals up for adoption.

I had a terrible/ disgusting customer service on Tuesday on the 20th, I went to store and purchased some treats for my cats because it was on special.there was three staff at the register, one was told me: " we cant give you that price because it is not on special" but it was a sign and had a sticker that was reduced to. I asked them: "it was on special on your website as well and are you trying to tell me that your ads was wrong? " another one rolled her eyes and looked down at me said: " fine, we can only give you on that price this time" I was like " I am not going to come back anymore"

I am shopping with World for pets over two years and I have spent LOTS Of money in that store, in general, there are always nice staff and I don't know why they hired someone who acted like this, no respect, I am very disappointed and that was so pathetic.

I go here quite frequently for my dog treats and accessories, prices are reasonable but the service is fantastic and good Quality products that last! Thank you so much for being a good go to pet store

The friendly staff made this visit a very nice experience. Such a large range of good quality products too. Purchased the Wombaroo Lorikeet formula, the price was very fair so I will be back again when I run out.

This place is fantastic. The employees are always super friendly with my dog. I usually come to grab one thing and end up spending way more than I meant to. The prices are great and there's stuff for everyone.

Friendly staff and great prices, but every week there is fewer and fewer items for pet rats, with these products not being restocked. I used to buy treats and toys for my pets every weekend but when there's nothing to buy.

Lovely, kind crew with fantastic knowledge on animals. This place does an amazing dog grooming at fantastic prices. Best pet groomers i've seen and a wide range of pet products!
