Great selection of all the things you need for your fur baby! I have been back so many times in the past week just picking up more and more things for our new puppy. Don't underestimate the amount of Kongs your teething puppy will need!

Staff are attentive and knowledgeable, great stock, and you're supporting the RSPCA as well!

Staff are lovely and helpful but found products are more expensive ($50 more for a 20kg bag of dog food) and don’t price match.

Been into the store a couple of times and I seem to get served by the girl with the dreadlocks most of the time and I must admit she smells really bad of B. O! It’s very off putting.
I think a deodorant reminder might be the go for this girl.

Lots of great stuff for pets and you can adopt cats from the shop too. This is Wallace who is looking for his forever home. He is a very courteous gentleman, exceptional manners and loves head scratches.

Clean and covid safe. Staff friendly and up for a shared chat. Shop very busy in layout but great range. The donation store was hidden and we needed help to find. Nice to see the animals up for adoption.

Thanks for asking I took quite a few bags of clothes bags bird things plus gift bags coat hangers odds & ends but the parking near the donation door was full there is a park which says for donations only but was taken by a ute so I had to park away & walk my things a couple at a time also another lady had to do the same there was no other people donating at that time a gentleman from R s p c a did offer to help me but I had almost finished so guess there are ignorant people still for parking

I would not even consider buying a pet from there. Far to expensive. $250 plus for a kitten. $350 plus for a dog.

Waited over 2 hours. Would have left except i wanted to adopt. This time wadting puts people off

Nice shop. But shevles are always empty.and staff seem to just stand up the front and don’t bother seeing if you need help. Once stood in the fish section for 10 minutes and no one came so decided to leave. Other then poor customer service it’s a good shop.

Very unhelpful the staff to assist out of the ordinary questions. Very poorly trained for a big event like that. I know most of them are volunteers. If eating is more important then to help adopt an animal you lost my support. Saying I don't know without asking a senior staff you lost my support.

Lovely helpful staff. I love that anything purchased in the RSPCA world for pets store is 100% profit to the RSPCA! Makes me happy knowing my money is helping the animals.
I found that World for pets is cheaper than other pet shops and although the shelves are empty sometimes I understand that the animals in care come first with their needs.
I love this place and will not go anywhere else.

RSPCA World For Pets is great value. They have a good reward program with profits assiting the RSPCA. They have a large variety of pet food.

The facility is beautiful. I'm sure most animals find homes. However, I get my pets from Queens Road Pound as these animals aren't kept in such lovely enclosures and might be euthanized if they aren't adopted. The place isn't as well funded.

I was here yesterday and the young boy who served me was rude, arrogant and was barley any help with information on the different types of dog food he was selling! If I could give name I would but he wasn't wearing a name tag or a uniform either just a back shirt, I wouldn't have even thought he worked there if he wasn't serving at the registers when I arrived! How unprofessional and I will not be returning and I will be going elsewhere.

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable staff. The prices are really good too. I will be going here more often.

Great store with a wide variety of products for your animals needs. Friendly staff and you can also visit the Op shop, Cafe and adoption centre while visiting.
