This store is brand new and is fantastic. The volunteers that work there are so lovely and clearly animal lovers. There are lovely cats up for adoption too. Great items that are very cheaply priced. I read a bad review that I feel is the opposite of my experience at this store. Lets be real here it is an op shop that has second hand items. Believe reviewers who allow access to all their reviews. Nothing to hide.

Been there twice since they opened a few days ago. Nicely fitted out store but my advice is to be very careful before you buy - thoroughly check the clothing. Seems lots of their garments are damaged - have holes, broken seam stitching, bad stains - and even when new (with the new tags) many are faulty - incorrectly sewn seams etc. They have signs at the register saying it is the buyers responsibility to check for damage etc and they will not refund. My experience with other Op Shops is their policy is to dispose of donated garments that are damaged and not fit for sale - but seems this store sells them regardless and it is up to the buyer to spot the damage, which can be quite difficult in artificial lighting. I missed seeing damage on 4 items that I had to throw away. Luckily I noticed the damage in several other garments I liked before buying them. I think I managed to get a few bargains - but their prices are not particularly cheap. Have I just been unlucky - or have others had the same experience as me and bought clothes that were unfit for sale?

The new Manager and the team have turned this store around. I love shopping here. I feel welcome as soon as I come through the door - highly recommended.

Went to the Bundall shop for the first time today and donated some goods at the back door as I walked in. Staff were not very friendly. Didn’t stay long.children running around and we couldn’t see very well in the main (front) section of the shop, so it was dangerous. There were NO lights on, only in the back section of the shop? Only one person spoke to us while we were there, a young lady walking past to go out to the staff area from the shop and she was quite friendly.so, one star.
