RSPCA Op Shop - Bundall

Prices of clothes are extremely high for what you get. $25+ for denim, dresses and jackets. It’s such a shame to see. Donations are prices exorbitantly and some brands like shien or anko (Kmart) are priced more than retail prices.

Used to be amazing but the prices are now insane. $25 for a jacket that has a huge bleach stain and missing button? Come on now.

Has a large section at the front with lovely nick nacks. Lots of clothes, a small section of designer items. Small kids section. Good prices. Clean, organized and inviting shop. Helpful friendly staff.

Easy car park off the road, spaces reserved for RSPCA, 2nd hand bargains galore as you'd expect, and of course reasonable prices that prevent waste, reduce your spending, and support the good work of the RSPCA making the world a better place for animals who've experienced hardship. I love it, I recommend it. Very glad RSPCA have op-shops!)

Rude volunteer staff. Which is such a shame as the rspca is my preferred recycle centre. I understand sorting donations may not be the best job but you certainly do not need to verbalise it to good people trying to help. Heard you bad mouthing me as I was trying to make donations. Extremely disappointed. I was not rude, I asked a question about whether a good quality item could be given away for free and after being advised no I took it back out to my car.

Shop entry is at the back where the car park is, there are plenty of spaces - flagged as reserved for RSPCA - just in front of the entry which is convenient when dropping items to donate.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and grateful for the donations. They also let us know which items were on sale that day (50% off dresses, 50% off Xmas items etc.)
We had a look around and there are plenty of items to choose from, books, kitchenware, clothes, shoes, bags, pets items too. The prices are reasonable, and will definitely go back again while we are in the area.

A gem - amazing stock and such friendly staff, definitely worth a visit.

The store is so well organised, all by gender then size, and the pieces are all so funky and unique. Feels like a boutique! Plenty of smaller home wares too (bric a brac, crockery, pictures and frames)

I love this RSPCA shop! The shop has great quality clothing, homewares, Cats and obviously a great manager and her volunteers are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back
Realistic prices.

I often pop in here for a browse.this shop has quality stuff in it. I've bought shoes, shirts, t-shirts and books here. The staff, mostly volunteers, are all very friendly and helpful!

One of my favourite op shops on the Gold Coast for clothes. I think it's pretty cool that you can see some animals that are available for adoption at the same time (would be cool if there were puppies in there instead of cats all the time). Staff have always been friendly.

I went out in the rain today to make a donation of quality items to the op shop, and I was turned away because I was told 'the shop is too full. ' The items were small and were not even looked at. So I took the Oroton purses to the Salvos next door.

What can I say! I highly recommend this shop, the layout is clean tidy and does not smell!
The Manager is super nice and outgoing! Her staff are a bright bubbly group. I can not fault this shop.

Who ever picks the furniture for this shop needs a gold star! I have picked up some elegant pieces at great prices.

I'm a regular customer at the RSPCA Bundall store and I'm so impressed by the presentation and cleanliness of the shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful Becky is a wonderful manager she has a great rapport with both staff and customers in my opinion the Bundall store is the best op shop on the Gold Coast

Feeling very lonely during Covid and no more students indefinitely I decided to get a cat for company. I spoke to Becky at the Bundall Rd Shop who worked with me to choose the perfect rescue cat. I was so impressed with the amazing input from Becky and all the Staff, so friendly and helpful and obviously love their work place. I ended up getting two beautiful, friendly boys who love each other and me. I would not hesitate to recommend Becky and her Staff they spend the time with you and your choices to make sure you are both suited. Also they stock many of the items you will need to make your cat comfortable.

We go to the Bundall store all the time the staff are always friendly and helpful, the shop is spotless and well presented our favourite op shop on the Gold Coast

What a great shop! This place feels like a retail boutique more than an op shop. The shop looks great and very well organised, with so many choices. The very friendly and helpful staff made shopping here even better. I found a few gems, I'll be definitely back again soon.

Love this boutique op shop! The variety is exceptional as they sell new things for Pets as well, the store is tidy and well laid out, and each time I visit, the stock is different so I always buy something! The staff here are super helpful! Thankyou RSPCA - love your work!

Hard to believe this is a Op shop great products and the staff are so friendly and helpful better than some Retail stores I like going in there frequently you just don’t know what your going to see on the shelves
