We recently bought our sons formal suit from this shop. The personal attention from Terry was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the experience very personal. I Would highly recommend seeing Terry if you need assistance. Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a men’s clothing shop.

One word - Terry. Lord of the suits! An absolute legend. I don’t recall ever having such a memorable experience shopping for clothes until I arrived here. Terry is such a charismatic, exuberant, and highly professional gentleman. The customer service was so overwhelmingly fantastic that i felt compelled to write this review. I have an upcoming wedding and after ruining my previous beloved blue suit at a Melbourne Cup event, it was time replace and upgrade. I originally had intention to shop elsewhere, but was drawn in to Reuben by the lavish velvet suit in the window display.then came along Terry. Generally speaking, I try to avoid shopping in store as I don't enjoy being heckled and pressured into making a purchase, but Terry made my partner and I feel so comfortable as he imparted his wisdom and experience on us. He was so pleasant to do deal with, and was genuinely interested in finding the perfect outfit for me rather than trying to simply keep the cash register ticking over. My partner and I couldn’t stop talking about how good the customer service was all the way home. Unfortunately I doubt we will ever experience such great hospitality like this again, but anyone working in retail could learn a thing or two from big Terry. Not only was the customer service brilliant, the prices were incredibly reasonable as well. Terry even hooked me up with a discount at the end of the sale, which added to his legendary status. If you’re shopping for suits at great prices, don’t go past this store. Terry will sort you out and leave you with a very memorable shopping experience!

We could not recommend Terry highly enough! He got all of our bridal party suits and alterations organised with them in different states (1 x groom, 1 x man of honour, 1 x page boy & 2 x groomsmen) and matched perfectly for our wedding! Nothing was too much to ask. He also organised FOB and SFOB with suits and accompaniments so everyone matched for our photos! The suits were all of amazingly high quality and so was Terry's service! Thank you so much Terry, you made this part of our wedding so easy and we cannot thank you enough!:) xx
