The Manager is so RUDE, have shopped there in the past but my last experience was terrible. My 15 year old step son was getting hit on by the sales assistant and he felt so uncomfortable he could not wait to get out of there. Not cool man! We will never be back ever. As for the "Manager" at the Chermside store remember to take your manners to work.

My son had a suit for his school formal however, decided that it was not the right shade of black. He was away so left to Mum to source a new suits days out from the formal. Had a sizing tag and style from another store however, traditional black tie suit was the brief. Walked into the usual young peoples stores and into the bigger name department stores. Walked into Rueben F Scarf at Chermside and it was packed with people. Time was an issue as I didn't have much time to spend however, the gentleman serving was so attentive. I left and again looked at other stores and was very underwhelmed by the customer service or lack there of. I went back to Reuben as I had seen the treatment and care that was being given to those before me. The gentleman Terry remembered me from earlier, even though we had not spoken, he apologised and then gave me his undivided attention. I explained what we needed, gave the sizing from another store and my son's approximate size. There was another lad working that looked around the same size, so Terry was amazing in getting him to help with sizing. The suit fit like it had been tailor made for him and is of great quality. Have recommended and will continue to recommend this store to anyone looking for a suit. They provided old school customer service and should be highly commended for such outstanding attention to detail. I will be back. Thank you again.

We visited the shop in DFO Airpot. Nadir assisted us really well and we were extremely happy with the service and the product. He was really enthusiastic and gave us many great choices and alternatives. We left from there really happy and we will definitely come back and spread the word.

Everyone was lovely but the right hand doesn't seem to be talking to the left hand.
We ordered 2 special orders but never got told if they were in - went to check and they couldn't find it but did eventually find 1 (2nd still pending).
Had pants measured for alterations,
Got a text for 2nd special order being ready, thought we could pick up everything but pants weren't set for alterations yet and shirt wasn't ordered as first discussed.
We have 80% of our order, 4 weeks left to our wedding and feeling a bit nervous. At the end of the day if we get our pants in time. We can get a shirt from anywhere. Here's hoping it all comes together!

I used Reuben F Scarfe for wedding suits for me and my groomsmen. Terry was professional and skilled, and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good looking suit for a great price. I ended up getting a tailored suit because I'm a giant person, and it's now the best fitting jacket, shirt, and pants I've ever worn.

Absolutely fantastic experience shopping for my first suit with these guys! I've always had difficulty with finding a good fit, but Terry and Jake went above and beyond to find something that worked for me. On my first visit, I was only browsing for a shop I liked, and Terry spent over an hour teaching me about cuts and styles, helping me try on different options with no pressure to buy. They also have a great variety of options in all colours, far better selection than any other shop I tried. I picked up my suit today (a week ahead of when I expected the alterations to be finished as well!) and couldn't be happier with how it looked. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, and also as a great experience for queer people who are nervous or unsure or have trouble with finding a good fit. A bit overdue but Terry provided amazing service. My brother and I went suit shopping for a wedding. So grateful that we crossed upon Reuben F Scarf. Wasn't expecting to go to Reuben F Scarf when hunting for a couple of suits in Westfield but I'm glad I did as it was a great experience from the moment of walking through the door. Terry was super helpful and full of knowledge as well. Worth it all to just play the tie game at the end

My husband was on the hunt for a suit to wear for his sisters wedding and we thought we would check out Reuben F Scarf as we walked past. Jarvis served us and helped him find a great suit from the $199 range. He was so helpful and and absolutely lovely guy. He picked out an amazing tie that my husband would never have of picked in a million years but he loved it! And he even got him to get a pocket square! He is a miracle worker lol
There was some confusion as the shirt that we picked wasn't a part of the deal but as my husband loved it, it wasn't an issue (I was the one confused lol)
Fantastic store and we will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a suit.

Shopping for formal
Suit … will admit I was reluctant but son spotted fancy jacket he adored. Watched as son was taught some finer points of men fashion for formal and casual wear …. Between Terry, Jacob and Jarvis …. I also learnt a lot too … highly recommend RFS for quality and affordability if on a budget … their service and understanding is exceptional …. My son’s formal suit can be worn again, added too, dressed down and colors changed …. Best formal shop experience. Thank you guys!

The best place to buy a suit, Terry is very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to go through all the options/combinations available. A1 customer service and a fantastic range of suits, shirts and accessories. I am a very satisfied and a definite repeat customer.

This place is the one stop shop - don’t bother going anywhere else! Terry was so incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. A1 Customer service and attention to detail, great range of products. Despite not knowing exactly what my fiancé wanted, he walked out happy with the perfect outfit thanks to Terry’s expertise and suggested combinations.

EXTREMELY helpful, owner spent most of his time helping me for roughly 2 hours even though he was busy. This shop definitely cares about the customer experience. He also taught me how to tie a tie and how to fold a pocket square. The suit looked amazing as well. Would definitely recommend
