Giving five stars for Emily today. Our car broke down in their parking lot and we weren't able to get a mobile mechanic around for about 2 hrs. Emily came up to us and offered us bottles of cold water (it was hot outside and the car wouldn't turn over at all-broken ignition barrel/switch) and allowed us to use the toilets in the store. She also offered for us to come inside in the aircon and offered a stool to sit on while we waited. If I could give her more than five stars, I would! Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness, on an otherwise dismal day!

Staff are too sensitive if you are a forward person they take you as rude watch what you say and you will be alright

Went in looking for a headlight bulb found what I wanted and was out in a flash, changed it in the carpark and was back on the road. Don't forget to use your RACQ card!

Staff have so much respect for their customers and I have so much respect to A+ guy's keep it going.
SINCE RACQ have moved to CLIFFORD GARDEN'S now I can do just about anything else I need to do to. RACQ this was the best move that you could have done.
