REpco Toowoomba city and wonderful delivery man Tom, have made three deliveries to help get our van on the road - great stuff!

The most expensive in town. I buy alot of parts and work on my own cars. These guys are always the most expensive in town. Only use as a last resort becouse you will pay more than anywhere else.

Repco Toowoomba City customer service is 5 star.

If it had not been for top rate service when we called your store for assistance, we would have went elsewhere. This is because your website would not allocate the discounts it was offering, in order for us to do Collect and Pickup. Hence, the 4 star overall rating.

So we did Call and Pickup instead. Thank you for that.

As to why your online service would not allocate the discount, we do not know why, and neither does the staff member who assisted us on the phone. He actually took the time and trouble to walk us through the process, step by step, only to discover that the discount was not applied.

After a rechargeable worklight. Walked in, straight away was what I was after. Was only $20 but it's made out of that horrible sticky rubber which I hope wears off soon. That's the only downside.

Went here to get a hose for my car, stevan came out to help me see the sizing and help me figure out what’s going on. He fixed the problem by giving me a helpful tip and topped up my engine coolant! Made my day, Thankyou so much Steve

Decent selection. Occasionally these blokes have really good deals or you can find stuff there that isn't stocked at the other automotive stores in town.

Top notch customer service. Worth spending money there. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone.

Found other Repco staff more professional and knowledgeable. Staff in this particular staff are damaging the reputation. Went there to buy the Meguiar's snow cannon when saw it on sale on the website. While there in-store, found it's not on sale and the guy there denied that it was on sale. When showed him the website price, he then agreed to sell at the discounted price. Later when I asked him for advise on what connector to use between the snow cannon and my Ryobi high pressure washer (because, the existing ones weren't working for the gun type I had), he confidently replied that the cannon doesn't need to be connected to the high pressure washer gun but to the hose directly instead. I showed him a video that it needs to be plugged into the gun to control the water flow and then he changed his stand and advised me to go check in Bunnings. I asked him if he can let me talk to another staff, but he was hesitant and later did call for another staff while being very annoyed. I later went to Supercheap and had the staff worked out the connector real quick.

The store should have a second look at its staff!

Great knowledgeable and experienced staff that are friendly and super helpful. Painless other than the part where you end up having to part ways with your cash.

Went in to get something to remove dried bird droppings from roof of car, the young guy recommended the Repco brand of Bug remover. It is fantastic. Did the job really well, will be trying other Repco products, low price, good products, friendly helpful staff. Great shopping experience.

Always a good shop here most parts I need they have in stock even for my 83 car. Good place to top up personal garage supplies and parts. The slide partition display tools and bits are pretty good too. Well stocked store quick delivery too.
