I ended up at Rebel Virginia today due to needing new shoes with strong arch support, the shoes I was looking at they only had stoked in my size down there. The store was kind enough to place them on hold for me so that I could try them on once I arrived. Michael was amazing with his knowledge and help not only with my shoes but with the Y-bell weights as well. He went above and beyond to help me out and truly made it a wonderful customer experience. I would highly recommend the Rebel Virginia team to any Brisbane rebel customer.

Ethan C was really helpful and friendly. It made it really easy for me to choose a boot that I wanted to play TRL. I didn't want anything too flash and he managed to deliver with the size I wanted even after I went through a few different choices of boots. Thanks Ethan!

First time going into this store and was greeted by a friendly young man. He then helped me with my enquiry. Great costumer service.

Great service. Awesome range. But they tend to not get their old stock back, so if you bought something you liked there a while ago, don't expect it to be on the shelves next time you go there.

Store was ok. Nothing outstanding. Chermside store certainly has better presentation but Virginia may have more stock.

Convenient location with customer parking. Every time I go there, I have experienced their great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable stuff.

A great store for all types of sports items and accessories. Recently I had been to this store to buy a pair of goggles for me and found an impressive collections. The staffs are very polite and customer friendly. The prices of the different articles are also appeared to me quite affordable and genuine.

Very disappointed in this Rebel store. Wide variety of sports clothes, but unfortunately all you see is outdated and not in trend anymore. Poor variety of newer collections on shoes.

Went into look at treadmills after receiving a magazine in the mail. Jason approached us straight away and provided us with so much information on the range available. We returned at a later date to purchase the treadmill and the service we received cr Jason was second to none.

I visited the store this afternoon with my daughter as we were looking to purchase soccer boots for her. We were approached by Lachlan who was extremely friendly & attentive. He spent a while with us while helping us select the perfect pair for her. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I have worked in hospitality for over 15yrs, so I know that people can be quick to give feedback on bad service, while not always offering positive feedback on good service.
Credit where credit is due, Lachlan is an asset to your team! We’ll definitely be back!

Really friendly and welcoming staff. I went there for 3 items but the range was very limited and I came away empty handed.

Friendly staff, found what i needed with a good variety to choose from and definitely like that the store is not at a shopping centete

Not the place to look for walkers or runners probably good for kids stuff. Maybe OK in sales times. Will wait and see, sales coming end of January and February 19.

Staff were really helpful. Good range and easy access, much faster than visiting a major shopping centre.

Fantastic customer service. These guys go out of their way to help and really listen. Couldn’t fault them one bit. They all deserve a pay increase.

I always prefer to come to rebel Virginia compared to other rebel stores because of the excellent service the staff provide here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This store has very reasonable prices and often has large discounts on expensive items.

It's not the best Rebel Sports store that I've seen and one of the staff had no idea what a foam roller was when I asked if they had any.
