Bought some running shoes from here the other day. 5/5 for customer service: Aston gave me a warm and friendly welcome to the store and Bernard was an informative and extremely helpful sales person - love my Asics!

I would love a bench to sit on in the clothes section so I can chill out while my partner shops and looks at every piece of men's clothing in stock

Very tidy store with a good range of products available.
Loss of 2 points as not 1 customer service representative came to help me within 20 minutes.

Bought a Cricket pants yesterday 26/11/2022 price $24.99 but only after reaching home I realized on the RECEIPT it is listed as $26.99.

Item code exactly the same. I HAVE SHARED THE RECEIPT PHOTO.

This same thing can happen on other items too and it's not about $2 dollars

Olivia, customer services technician, who I assumed is an expert in Orthopaedic Engineering, was so well versed in her product knowledge, compassionate to my physical issues and absolutely very helpful. I am now enjoying a less pain free walk in the morning due to acquiring the correct shoes for my needs. Thanks Olivia, you’re a star!

Massive thanks goes out to Paul and Tamika at the Rebel Virginia store. They answered the call when our Pan Pacs hockey team put out a request for donations for our tournament. You guys are awesome and it made our week long tournament all the more enjoyable. Thank you so much guys.

What an amazing customer service experience I had! I was there primarily to purchase a new free weight set, and a few weeks prior had tried to do this, but ha been bombarded by sales people asking me if I needed help more than three times in a 5 minute period, that i was feeling somewhat pressured, and uncomfortable, seeming as if the staff had accidentally been assigned to read a staff handbook from the 80's, where a corporate structure trains them to "harass" the clientele instead of using instinct to read the customers needs with a smile and acknowledgement, non verbally letting them know that they are available if needed. ANYWAY, yesterday was a refreshing and assuring experience, under the amazing experience with Paul, who was genuinely helpful in his first engagement, unobtrusively, and decided to get his help, with his amazing ability to offer the exact assistance that I required.
He made sure to listen to my needs, as I was delving back into starting a weight regimen after a long hiatus due to some unexpected muscle loss from a serious abdominal infection. He was caring and attentive and I felt immediate trust for his natural ability to provide a truly dedicated experience to make sure I was getting an honest, carefully designed and personally designed customer experience. I did take full advantage of his knowledge and thoughtfulness, to buy the perfect start up package, and Paul made sure I was taken care of and even assisted in packing up my car with weights, new bench, and other amenities.
Thank you Rebel Sport Virginia! You have made me do a complete 180, and this location will be my first choice from now on. Keep up your effortless service dogma Paul. They are so lucky to have you!

He provided lots of great suggestions and options for shoes and was very knowledgeable, he seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to help me which was very nice as you don’t find that often these days. He deserves some recognition because Rebel is very lucky to have him. Thank you again aleks and I will be sure to return to your Rebel store.

Very happy to be a regular client. Staff have always been very helpful and know their products well. Seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Product range is superb and very reasonable pricing.

Staff member identified that a store in NSW had stock, but refused to do a interstate transfer. I rang NSW store who advised that interstate transfers were possible. I had to drive to another store to organise my purchase.

Went to Rebel Virginia looking to buy a pair of walking shoes, upon arrival I was greeted by a young man who was very friendly and helpful, the shoes I was after were not available so he went to the stote system and located some at the Stafford store, he rang them and had them put two pairs aside for me, great service and I will definitely go back to the Virginia store.

Nice shop with friendly staff and always up for assistance. Also they have offers on few items now.

Staff did not greet me at all while I was in store. I was left to sort myself out with finding xhabg rooms and I stood trying to make a decision between 2 pieces of training equipment for several minutes, no one came to offer any assistance. Instead staff stood behind the counter chatting amongst themselves and acted like it was an inconvenience to put my purchases through the checkout. I would not have purchased anything had I not needed it that day.

Great friendly service. As we moved through the store staff always asked us if we needed help finding anything. Nice big store, tidy and lots of stock.

Always feel like I'm interrupting somebody by being here but there is always a helpful staff member that approaches you. Pareto principle.
