We needed to pick up a particular ankle brace from here that was hard to find elsewhere and not only did we get the brace we needed but also some detailed recovery advice for a sprained ankle from Candice. Super friendly and supportive, went above and beyond and can't thank her enough!
Will be visiting again and asking for Candice again if we need help with anything else sporting related.

I was particularly impressed by their excellent range of sports footwear. The quality of their lesser known branded products is good and the prices acceptable. I ended up taking their loyalty card and will be back there to shop.

Went in for School Shoes during Black Friday Sales. Was very busy but not too over crowded because it is a very large store. And even though it was busy, all the staff were quick And attentive, I showed a screen shot of what I was after and the male staff member found them out back, guessing correct sizes, we were very satisfied with the shoes and the staff. Checkout line moved quick also.

Brilliant customer service from the dude that approached me while I was browsing. Went in for one particular Adidas running tank shirt I saw online, the staff member said they were showing just the one in my size in their inventory, he pretty much made it his top priority to treasure hunt for said shirt, came back 5 mins later saying he found it buried out back and if he could help with anything else, I was so impressed with his attitude and helpfulness that I ended up spending close to $300 on other stuff because he made me feel so valued and wanted to sort me out as a priority. The on-hand range in men's large was a bit hit & miss, like most Rebel stores, but that wasn't his fault. It's probably a popular size.
In all fairness I have to say the range of choice is best from Pac Fair and Robina. The Burleigh and Tweed stores are a bit too lacking. Service is definitely best at those 2 stores too. Service at Tweed is pretty good, just not that well ranged. Burleigh was more bottom of the rung, no real service nor range.
Pac Fair and Robina are the recommended go-to stores.

I just cannot remember the guys name but his customer experience was 10/10 and when I asked him if he wanted his sales sticker or code for the shoes he said no it was fine so I assume he is the store or dept manager. I purchased a pair of Nike Metcon 5 black & White and theyre absolutely great for what I wanted. Great service Ill be coming back.

I had the worst experience with Pacific Fair Rebel Sport. I bought a half rack online "click and collect". On the website it showed the item as available, so I ordered and paid for the item in full. I received an order confirmation saying the item was ready to collect. Then I received a phone call saying the item had been sold to someone else. I had even ordered a trailer to pick up the item. Horrible customer service.

Almost typical Rebel store but with a slightly different layout to other stores. Tucked away right at the back (upstairs) at Pacific Fair. A lot of martial arts equipment and the usual assortment of clothing/equipment across a variety of sports. No heavy weight training equipment on site but can be purchased through the store for home delivery.

We got served by a young guy whose name badge read Hamilton.
I was very impressed by his knowledge and help during the boxing day sales.
There were so many people asking for his help, yet he was not flustered, just willing to do whatever necessary to satisfy customers.
The Girl at the counter was efficient and pleasant.
5 hours of free parking gives you lots of shopping time.
Great place for sports shoes and sports gears. Lots of kids items available.
Fast service even in busy times.
Well done Rebel for choosing knowledgeable and helpful teenagers.

It's a great store. Wide range of products, great sale prices. The customer service is spot on. I was approached by a team member, who was able to find a perfect shoes for me. He really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of.

Went in to buy ASIC trainers. Another lady was waiting for trainers too. Waited half an hour no one came near us. Store was not busy but two girls on front counter talking. Asked can we have some help was told everyone busy I guess Rebel Sport dont need sales of $269 for trainers. Went to opposition got Nikes. Never will go back.

Fantastic store layout and amazing staff make it a pleasure shopping here. I only wish they’d had more Under Armour gear in 3XL
