rebel Pacific Fair

Went to a few places to try find my sons first pair of soccer boots - had no idea what we were looking for and ended up standing in rebel pac fair rather hopeless. I was watching other staff helping customers one on one, waiting for kids to try boots when Maddi (?) Headed towards us handing out shoe boxes to 3 other customers - she was like the calm in the storm. She gave us all the options, helped us fit and find the right boots all while providing outstanding service to everyone in the crowded shoe section today. What a legend! Tha kyou

Just wanted to thank you to the guy (thought hw would be the manager) that helped me with my shoes, after having a bad day and given me better price cant say anything but thank you again it truly means a lot

It’s such a big sporting goods mall. We bought Australian football, which is popular in Australia. We also bought our favorite tennis rackets. All kinds of sporting goods are very complete.

We went to every sports store at pacific fair and nobody wanted to give us the time of day but a gentleman by the name of Michael at rebel had the best customer service we ended up spending $550 with him because of his honest and trustworthy approach.

Was served by Bella earlier this week and the service was amazing! Answered all my questions and makes feel valued as a customer. Will definitely be coming back

Wouldn't mind if they have more option for football (soccer) jerseys. Went in there thinking they would have more option for jersey but was disappointed. But it was easy to find other stuff we wanted

More of a clothing outlet than a normal rebel store. Lacking in any kind of useful equipment, sadly.

I don’t know why I keep coming back to the shops thinking that they will change. Terrible customer service and there is never anyone to help in the shoe section. Everyone seems to avoid customers

I have shopped here several times and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. It is only a small store but seems to carry a good variety of products.

I swung by Nike hoping to get a Lifting shoe and it turns out they didn’t have my size (my feet are larger than most women), and it so happens that Rebel has more size variety and was close by.

Immediately notice its busy, as it’s the last weekend before students return back to school so parents are doing some last minute shoe shopping with their kids. Waited a while for the crowd to disperse, and inspected some shoes. Had asked an employee (Hamish I believe) if they could point me out some recommended shoes and gave me the perfect pair suit for my needs and aesthetic. Wasn’t any more expensive than it being sold at Nike, so great to know they don’t rack up the prices. Hamish was polite, informative and didn’t mind running out back a few times to help me get the right size. Was checked out by Madeline who had wonderful customer service and signed me up for a membership.

The Rebel Sport team is doing amazing despite the overwhelming amount of last minute shoppers, keep it up guys!

Went into Rebel with an idea in mind of what shoes I would be purchasing as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I was after. I was lucky enough to have a lot of help from Cyrus, we went back and fourth trying to find ones in my price range and that had the right size. After going through so many shoes, we finally found the perfect pair. His help and assistance was more than what I could have asked for

Website says item is in stock, drive all the way there and no stock. That said, staff were very helpful in trying to find stock.

Got severe issue with my sport watch 245music. Gone to this store just to get long explanation that I have to contact Garmin helpline before this store accepts any solution to the faulty watch. And a fellow called LjuPco told me that a protocol for any faulty watch. But actually it is not.

Great place for any type of sporting clothing. Even if you aren't a local. Had what I was looking for. Staff very helpful. Great layout.

The lack of hoodies and warmer gear at times of the year for adults is disappointing. Have had to look elsewhere. Great customer service though for shoes.

We had visited a few other sport stores in the area and couldn’t find the correct sneakers.

The store has a great selection of sneakers / runners.
They also had a great selection for school kids.
They had a multitude of other sporting equipment and clothing.
