Always great service here, staff are friendly, attentive and know their product range.

Went in today to see about replacing a pair of running shoes I'd purchased the previous week, Neil in the footwear was great, he listened to my complaint and checked the shoes, went out back and returned with a new pair. No problems, no issues and no blaming me, straight up replacement.

If you need shoes or any sport equipment, definitely give this a visit.

Rebel seems expensive these days. Customers shouldn't have to buy things in multibuy to get the right price.

The staff at Northlakes are amazing. Always sooo helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. We are never dissapointed.

Neil, who presents as a manager is amazing. Truthful. Helpful. Easy to move around the store and helped by fit and healthy looking staff.

Not very well laid out and for a big store is doesn't actually have much variety.
Good for a shopping centre shopper but if your looking for specific items might need to find another store

Store is always clean. Staff is very helpful all the time. It would be better if they can restock shelves. Other than that super happy with store

Pretty good store - loads of deals around the Boxing Day period.didn't get what we were looking for, but we be picky today.

Checked the website said shoes in stock, went to store waited ages for service only to be told they aren't in stock.

Neil his teams are very knowledgeably, experienced in all aspects of different sports. Use them a lots in i was swimming instructor there prices, produces last a very long time.
Highly recommend if need more information, questions just talk to Neil he amazing but you in right direction.

Neil in the shoe department is professional and friendly and knows a thing or two about shoes, he doesn't try and push for a sale and took his time to make sure that the family was comfortably fitted. Recommend that if your not sure what your after go visit Rebel Sports North Lakes and see Neil.

Staff always lovely, the gentlemen is shoes is amazing, that s why I always go back there, he's a happy person, nothing stresses him always smiling and willing to please.

Salesman took the time to get me a good brand and style of running shoe at a very decent price. My feet are very wide, and I walked out of there with my best fitting shoes in 20 years.

Their good old fashioned quality customer service was a real breath of fresh air.

Just spent almost 90 minutes with my gf trying on shoes for both of us. Wish I had got the man's name who helped us because he was very patient and extremely helpful. We both got shoes we are happy with and that suit us.

Purchased a pair of Asics for $191 which were already 20% off due to Asics sale. Went back 2 days later to look at some golf balls and the same shoes were reduced to $159.99 even though the Asics sale had ended. They refunded me the difference then and there without the receipt. They were really helpful with the situation. Good customer service will keep customers coming back again and again.
