Good store. Everything you need sportwise. Store has a wider range than Strathpine i feel, but for shoes, we had to go chermside for particular basketball shoes we were after.

Nice place to visit, so many staff on that there's almost 1 to every aisle. Good variety af all the current nrl, cricket, big bash apparel.
The only disappointment is the range of shoes are all black, white or grey. The shoe section is like 50 shades of grey, with no colours in sight. Had to go elsewhere for shoes, but bought guernseys and equipment from the great range they had in those.

Kimberley went well above and beyond, I'm was being very fussy with what I wanted, twice she went behind the main floor and looked through stock found exactly what I was looking for, was friendly, professional and showed interest.

Honestly I find rebel northlakes to be quiet disappointing. The staff are lovely firstly and foremost, however the racks are all over the place. Items are just shoved in here, there and everywhere. Sizing is another problem. I am a little curvy so I'm usually a bigger size and like my clothes to be a little bigger. Most of the items i want are no bigger than a size 12 or 14. And I am finding I often am travelling to lawnton to get what I want. This is inconvenient as it's a much further drive for me.

We came in looking for Sketches shoes for men.
A gentleman called Zac (he was there from Chermside store) asked us if we needed assistance. We told him what we were looking for.
He could not have been more helpful, showing us options and other brands to consider.
What am asset he is, his customer service was second to none.

Fantastic service from Mackenzie today! She knows what she is talking about when it comes to running shoes. Doesn't push the most expensive pair and works within your budget. All the while making sure the shoes fit your foot shape, size and purpose.

Great helpful staff and has great collection of equipment and the pick up area is amazing for a big shopping centre

Went to buy a pair of running shoes. The guy who served us was fantastic, very attentive, catered to our needs in a relaxed professional manner. Nice experience will recommend to my friends.

Customer service by the shoe sales man was very poor when I was there around 2pm today. Didn't greet me I had to approach him (which was no issue) the issue was he offered to serve another customer who arrived after I did. I was about to put the shoes down and he finally approached me. He later followed me around the shop as if to think I wasn't going to pay for the shoes. I was actually looking for rugby shirt or any sport shirt for toddlers (which I eventually found).

Would be nice if they had more sports clothing for toddlers. In the shop I found 1 size 4 adidas shirt.

Overall its a good shop, easy to find and usually great customer service and clean and tidy.

Always been happy to shop at Rebel. Often we have two children with us when we visit and today was no exception. Thanks to the crew for helpung us sort out their new shoes!

I was very lucky to.meet Joey at the Northlakes branch and may I say what a very lovely and helpful young man. Then I was extremely lucky to be introduced to Neil who was also very lovely. Its so nice to be served by people with old fashion values. This needs to be taken on board for all.

I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Neil, he was extremely friendly and very helpful to find the perfect fit shoes for me. He went above and beyond my expectations. Now this is how you do customer service, bravo!
