Terrible customer service, i fitted and found my own shoes after waiting for 20 minutes and getting tired. Then once at the counter the woman checked the insides of both of my shoes not sure why but didnt even have one staff member bother to aproach me, spent over 200 dollars in store will be the last time.

Had a good selection of football boots and got the added bonus of 20%discount for my son because he plays for a local club. The staff member who served us was quite professional and managed well about a number of customers

Was in there this evening 16th January 2020. I Will not be coming back to this store, this is the second time I've been in this store to buy shoe's for myself and my kid's. The two male staff where more content talking to each other or following the customer around wearing lycra pants other than coming over to ask if I needed assistance. At least the lady at the register was friendly while I explained my frustration. I welcome anyone from management to contact me.

A great variety of sporting equipment, clothes and shoes. The customer service is excellent! Thank you Jacob for assisting me with choosing a good pair of runners. They are the best that I have ever had. Highly recommended Brooks shoes. They give you so much support.

Great range of goodies to drool over, the staff almost fall over themselves to help you, and the AC-works (noice & cool).

Awesome place. Very friendly staff helped us right away with what we needed. I ordered a hoop for click n collect and got seen to very quickly and brought it up to the counter for us.

I went in unhappy with a pair of ASICS I bought only a month ago and the staff member was so friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and offered to switch to a different pair of shoes that were comparable to the original. Great customer experience.

Impressive service, called them to check stock for a pair of kids runners. They called back 15min later after checking the Mitchelton Store with 3 guys no stock, and provided a free shipping couple to order online. Go local and support Aussie businesses!

Been the for the first time today and never again, stupid and rude staff member doesn’t know how to talk politly to customers, stafford rebel is much better and know how respect people, avoid this place for better day

Very professional service was helped with a watch and was unsure on the day if I was going to get it so they put it on hold.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We went in to try on a fitness tracker for our daughter, and the young man was more than happy to pull apart the display to let us try on the demo. Didn't get a fitness watch but walked out with a pair of shoes for 40% off.

Absolutely awful staff.
I was wanting to purchase new walking shoes and need advice on which shoes would be suitable. I waited around for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help and when I approached the checkout to ask for help I was told that people were over there and I would just have to wait by a rude and inpatient staff member.
When I was finally approached and asked if I needed help I was told any shoe would be fine, told to try ones on that I liked and was left alone again.
Never have I been treated so poorly.
In the end I just left.

It's the old Amart sports store. Surprisingly little has changed in the layout.

Not much use for squash or other court based stuff. Marginally better for tennis. You're better off on eBay. But I like to try on my shoes before buying.

A great place for all your sporting needs, doesn't have the variety and choice of the bigger Rebel stores, but the staff are friendlier and more helpful.
