I needed to buy some runners, i went into the store nearly closing time, we greeted as i enetered the store went to the shoe section and was looking for a certain shoe, a younh lady asked if i needed help i said yes please, asked about the shoes, they didnt end up having them, however it didnt finish there, she told me i could buy it at the store and they can deliver to my house for free! Oh i did not know that, wow thats great, by this time it was very close to closing time, she didnt rush me went through the steps, paid for it and by this time the store should have closed.still was not rushed, checked all my details again to make sure all is correct. Then said we r all finish and i should receive a text on the update of my delivery. Thanked me and said any problems to call the store. She was a young lovely lady, didnt get her name, but she is a real assets to your store.i hope she gets a nice reward for her wonderful service!

I bought my son a basketball hoop from here but had to pick it up another day since it was a birthday surprise and my kids were with me when I purchased it. I went back the next day to pick it up on my own only to be told they couldn’t help me load it into my car and I would have to do it myself. I’m 150cm and 50kg, there was no way I was young to be able to get that into the back of my suv on my own. I left and had my husband go back the next day to pick it up. After he had already started assembling it I realised they sold us the wrong hoop. It’s the night before our son’s birthday and we wanted to have it up for when he wakes up in the morning. The hoop they sold us is so difficult to put together and has the worst instructions which is why I purposely didn’t buy that one. Now we have a half assembled wrong hoop and need to figure out how to take it back to get the right one. And our son is not going to have a basketball hoop to play with tomorrow morning when he wakes up on his birthday

Oliver was very helpful with finding shoes and had exceptional customer service, he was very nice and very polite, he went and (as far as we know) searched very hard so thankyou oliver

The Rebel Black Friday sale was great. I got two pair of shoes and saved $100.00. The service was good and both staff members that I spoke to were more than happy to help. I'll be back again next year.

I was served by a young boy, he has very poor customer service and when i asked for his name he refused to give it to me, I later found out his name was Sam. Very unhappy!

They had the right gear to get us ready for game night. Easy parking out the front of the standalone shop.

Mitchelton shoe staff like hiding in the stock room instead of serving customers. Turned up at Mitchelton store at 11.15am today wanting the women's slides that are advertised online and available in my size. They didn't have them. Apparently sold out already. They searched their inter-store database and found a pair at Virginia - too far. I got to the carpark, did an online search, and called the Mitchelton store. That staff member found them at Strathpine. Not worth the drive on a wet day.

Today I had the pleasure of helping my friend purchase shoes for her boys to play rugby. Whilst shopping is our thing, Rugby is best enjoyed from the stands.

Fortunately, Oliver was hand to provide some expert advice and recommendations about the boots. We really appreciated the help and advice

I received excellent service last time I was in looking for shoes for my 6yr old girls to wear to school in 2022. I can't recall the person's name but they were extremely helpful tracking down sizes in other stores.

Visited Rebel Mitchelton on two occasions in relation to a problem with recently purchased joggers.

On both occasions I was served by Georgia.

She could not have been more helpful and friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience very stress free.

Went into the store not sure what exactly I was looking for. A young girl named Dakodah approached me and offered some assistance. She walked through and patiently waited why I made my choices. She went above and beyond normal customer service and she is to be congratulated on her manners and communication skills. I will definitely be returning and seeking her out with my next purchase.

I rang and spoke to a young man named Charlie. Is extremely pleasant. He asked lots of engaging questions and was very kind with his responses. I would 100% recommend that you buy anything you want from Charlie at rebel Brookside. Good on you mate. A+

Rebel Michelton staff is excellent.had issues with my 6 month old Garmin watch.they offered quick resolution in form of either refund or exchange.overall very happy with the service.will definitely buy my stuff from here

Great store with a great young team!

I only did click and collect but my short 5mins in store was met with accomodating staff who were able to facilitate a quick click and collect to get me on my way.

From what I could see, it’s a large store with a huge range of items. Check out their website first for stock availability if you’re looking for something in particular (what I did). Super helpful.

It's the parking availability for me, I don't like big shopping centres. So parking near the door is fantastic.

This is easily the worst rebel sports I’ve ever been to. I’ve come back a couple of times hoping that maybe there’s been changes but it’s clear that not a single person there knows how to run a retail business.
I wasn’t greeted by the staff member at the front - a usual occurrence at this pathetic excuse for a store - and then I headed to the shoes. I passed 3 staff members and none of them said anything. I stood at the shoes picking up shoes and browsing thinking maybe one of the 3 people that looked at me might help, especially considering that’s their job, but no one came to provide any assistance. I left, obviously, and was given no farewell either. Customer service isn’t a very hard thing to offer but obviously it’s not on the managements priority list. Pathetic.

Been a little disappointed with the kids blow up toy as it had an hole in it when we first used it! I also brought some speedo swimming togs and I’m very happy with them!: D

Went to buy a pair of slides, unfortunately not a very good range of products available. Lots of shoes though
