Always have a great range of sporting goods and trainers. A great starting point and price point for school aged kids and folks getting into fitness/sports. The staff are friendly in the shoe area but find their cashier desk has much less vibrant personalities!

Very happy, knowledgeable staff, happy to work with your budget. Had a really good variety too. Will def be going back again!

Massive store holding all of the usual sporting items you might need. They have changed the way some things are purchased due to Covid but it is not too inconvenient. Moving around the store was reasonably easy even though they were very busy. We went looking for a variety of items and were able to purchase everything we needed at a reasonable price.

So very impressed with the staff in this store! My cousin had a fault smartwatch. They wasted no time in helping him get it sorted! Offering him a replacement or even changing brands. The choice was his.

Very knowledgeable and will help even during the Christmas rush.

Pretty normal rebel, helpful staff, and has a very large range of everything sports, but they add a bit of a premium to the price tag for that ease.

Rang to ask about boxing boots. We don’t sell boxing boots, then hung up in my ear by some rude young lady!

Really large store selling almost every different type of sporting equipment you can think of! Plus they also stock all the various sporting apparel & team jerseys including those from overseas, as well as the jerseys for the different top teams in the English Premier League too.
If you can't buy what you need or want in here, it generally means you can't buy it anywhere!

Great service from Nicholas who helped us size our boys feet and get accessories for footy season. Excellent customer experience!

Good store easy to remember where it is in the mall. Like the stuff they put up outside of it as well. Right next to jbhifi so always nice to have both there. Would be great it Rebel expanded their shoes to more street shoes as well seems like the same sneakers over and over.

Staffs are really helpful with great knowledge of their products.

The sales assistant was really helpful when picking out a pair of shoes. He showed me various different styles and explained the pro's and con's of each of them with no pressure to make a sale.

Despite receiving the wrong 2nd box of trampoline and having to pick up 2nd box on boxing day. I had a great service from the team member Brock. Who was very apologetic for the mix up and happily replaced the product with the correct box. Thanks for fixing order on such a busy day like boxing day. Much appreciated

Walked past 3 staff members with no greeting at all.
Waited over 15mins yesterday afternoon in the shoe section for someone to serve me. Ended up leaving and going to Under Armour for new running shoes.
Teach your staff about customer service around the store and not just at the register please

I wish staff had paid more attention to what was going on though, Always a great range to choose from right across the board no matter what sport you are into. I walked around and looked at many items for 25min not 1 person offered help.

Great customer service from Xander. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. If you're looking for a new pair of shoes, go see him!

Good range of sports equipment and sports clothing, friendly staff. Pricing on average is higher than other similar stores.

The only person who greeted us was the checkout girl. Waited 15 minutes for the guy selling shoes to finish with a customer (he didn't even say sorry for keeping us waiting) then disappeared into the staff area. We spotted another sales man who also did not acknowledge us. Then there was a young girl in ripped black trousers who preferred to serve her freinds and also ignored us. Very poor service from the sports shoe department and we left without purchasing the shoes my son wanted.
